    Solution Steps:
    - Replace CMOS Battery
    - Disconnect HDD cables to access setup menu
    - Access setup and change date and time
    - In setup turn on SATA-0 and SATA-1
    - Replace HDD drive if there is a boot failure

Hi I have a Dell optiplex personal computer that seem to jam at the bios start up pheonix part and load the F1 to continue.
The hack is logically Bios Root Virus.
How do they fork of link the hard drive hda, cdrom sr0 and other wire to their device in their emulator and prevent direct loading offline?
How to stop magnetic field injections? Because they play the same radio frequency wifi signal hack and pulsed binary voltage from magnetic field into those pins...
Even though the bootloader is loaded from bios, how to prevent injections from wifi radio signals which comes with electricmagnetic pulsing? Jammer don't work though maybe pins shutdown on off might?

I got the same issue on my XPS 420, got this computer back in 2007. It has been 10 years or so since it was working haha.
I opened it up, cleaned it, changed the cmos battery, it turns on but it says no bootable device found. I ran diagnostics everything else passed just the bootable drive was not detected.
Tried all the F2 set up configurations too.

Try booting using a different HDD or SSD.

I employed your dictates and managed to access set up menu. Trouble is a blank screen after reconnecting hard drive. Where could I have gone wrong?

In setup turn on SATA-0 and SATA-1, under Devices. The system should alert you if there is no boot device found, in which case the HDD is faulty. You might also need to ensure your CMOS battery is placed in properly.
