Anti-Gravity Machine & 2 previously unexplained effects.

This is a cone ramp featured in the "Home Shop Machinist" magazine Jan/Feb 2010. Contest was for three observable effects.
One; center of gravity lowered because of geometry as cone take a roll. Two; Cone is self centering & correcting as it rolls. Three; The energy as the cone rolls on the ramp is converted from rectilinear kinetic energy to angular momentum IE cone spins faster at the expense of the linear motion and acceleration.
