Kind of makes someone want to switch to Iphone lol. But naw, the battery is the only part I hate about replacing screens like this for people. When I replace iphone screens I don't have to deal with this, but I have one of these S20fe's because of the sd card reader. Went to purchase the S21fe then found out it no longer supported sd card so I stuck with the S20fe. I would have to purchase the $1500 S22 Ultra 1TB if I upgrade.

I'd sooner use two solo cups and furry string over an iPhone.
heating up the screen under the battery to 75C and then gently put steel tool bottom right then very very gently pull I find more safe. just keep lifting with like one finger force ,takes about 3 min but the all adhesive can be used again on battery and not even mark after. some drop IPA is good too but adhesive can't be reused.
Nah. All you need is a syringe full of alcohol and double sided tape.
@@brianconnery2801 yes you're right ,did this with sencond phone ,still heated up to around 50-60C then just couple drops and didn't even need to use the steel tool just a plastic card.
Is it supposed to be amoled if it's original?
Since the whole phone is apart anyway, wouldn't it make sense to just switch the battery out for a new one?

I did the lcd assembly , got the lcd with frame from ali express, but ot only shows samsung logo when switched on and goes dark and when u touch it responds but shows nothing, is it a faulty lcd or something else?
Yes it could be; also, it Could be the battery! Did you try the original LCD?

This wasn't even a screen replacement.... you just replaced the phone and moved the battery to a new one...

Yeah this is absolutely ridiculous how stupidly hard this thing is to replace just a simple screen and digitizer. Excellent video though minus the annoying ass sound in the background fuck this phone though
@@ct1freak fuck this anti-diy design trend. Replacing the digitizer on my S5 back in the day was a breeze. This is just tedious and regressive, IMO.
@@ct1freak seriously. First night with this phone and it got water inside when it fell in the hot tub. Screen cracks if you look at it wrong too. Every Samsung phone I had up til this one was amazingly rugged
