No, Vegeta IS naturally stronger here than Goku. Goku trained under the same amount of gravity that Vegeta lived through. It’s Goku’s determination and nack for being able to quickly adapt that’s makes him special.
Yeah she was talking about Vegeta being naturally strong, she just worded it a bit differently here. I still forgot planet Vegeta had 10x the gravity after rewatching this again 😂 It's crazy though how Goku got such a crazy boost after training with King Kai, his determination and limitless saiyan strength is pure badass

If Vegeta wasnt so blinded with rage, he could have won just by calmly assessing the situation. Goku was in no condition to fight after he used kaioken x3. All Vegeta had to do was continue the fight as normal instead of initiating the beam clash and later on using the artificial moon and he would have won
But it's all Frieza's fault Vegeta ended up being the Prince of Nothing. Imagine all the resentment and hatred he feels while being literally powerless to do anything about it.😊

Goku was over 8000. Also, he got weaker throughout the fight so, by the time he was using kaioken 3 and 4, his base would be under 8000. Same with Vegeta, by the time he transformed, he wasn't 18000 anymore.

Not quite, vegetas power level here is 18000, goku at x3 kaioken has 27000 since he has 9000 by default
