For clarification the second (no fatal blow) combo is the same as the first I just morphed as shang tsung. I'm sorry for the confusion I thought I made that very clear
I'm just a bit disappointed on how slow he is and how he can't combo into a lot of his strings with his special moves so I don't really know how he's going to open players up. I also don't like how he doesn't have the best combo without a kameo which is really making me miss his trance ability. I'm so excited for him and I'm definitely gonna main him but he feels really strange.

He has like 3 strings you can start combos with 3 other moves to do the same thing. That's pretty normal compared to the rest of the cast.

Ppl be complaining and saying he’s slow, maaan idk I be gettin some decent kombos with straight fighting close up and not zoning. Now don’t get me wrong he starts kombos better by zoning but I feel like I’m still fast enough with him. He has great mix ups as well fr. I’d rather have good mix ups and sacrifice speed if I have to. He’s fast enough for me. Remember, timing beats speed.
He's a setup char for sure. His damage is low and his metered launcher is expensive. I honestly would be fine with it not being a low if they let it cost 1 bar, and give it the effect where it doesn't launch again if you try to loop it. Outside of that, I'm really happy with him He's a great zoner, and a great setup character. He can really enforce some nasty stuff with the right kameos, and he can combo off his back 2 and back 1 woth a kameo so he's got solid mix.

Quan seems to be reliant on kameos for big damage. He may shape up to be more of a setup kind of character with his portals/bone cage. And obviously he has good zoning tools.
Same here. I keep spamming 1,2, kameo and then 2,1,4 and proceed with fatal blow. Only in practice mode. Quan Chi is so fun to use if only I know how to use him correctly

In my opinion you use him to get better with Shang not the other way around, because as shown in this video if you morph into him with Shang and know the combos you are getting 50%.

@@ChuckBassFGC eh he’s more of a zoner which is not my style either, but what I’m saying is just learn a few of his combos and that makes you stronger as Shang tsung because if you do face a Quan chi you can turn into them and get a 50% combo.

You really gotta clarify that you're Shang Tsung morphed into Quan Chi, a lot of people already think Quan Chi's damage is high or not matching your combos

I did the exact same combo at 0:24 and it gave me 42% instead of 50%, am I missing something? Like a damage boost? I did every move
I think it has something to do with the fact that it’s Shang Tsung morphed into Quan Chi

Feeling good so far, we will make him work! Has some difficulty to it with his low HP and tentacle taking 2 bars of meter but we'll see what we can come up with soon
I honestly think the 2 bar tentacle will be patched،this really makes it useless،and is it safe atleast؟what the frame data؟

Why he does more damage
He was playing as Shang Tsung for the other combo, and Shang does more damage when he morphs into another character.
Same combo but different damage. How??
