Ya, I also read on a blog that they wouldn't re- tune it for a different bike the owner wanted to transfer it to. I think the price is a bit crazy, it's twice as much as an x2. I can't imagine it's twice as good. $600 ish is about max I'd spend on a replacement shock.
if you look on their website there are only certain frames which the shock is compatible with, so they won't re-tune if for a bike which it is was not tested for.
Its not true that they can rebuild it or upgrade it. It was advertised that way but when I asked they said I had the older body and it would be better just to buy a new shock rather than to upgrade which was very disappointing given the priced paid.
They won’t retune it to a newer bike Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately that is the older generation ElevenSix. We do not offer reconfigurations across generations as the platforms are completely different, and there are very few parts we can re-use between them. This often leads to the price being higher than buying a brand new shock. Most riders opt to sell their previous generation shocks on the used market, and then purchase a new ElevenSix R for fitment on their bike.
I believe that about sums it up. I have now had the “uhs” and the “ums” defined for me. I completely understand now.
So its linear or progressive? I dont think it can be both
Just FYI, the Fox SLS coils in the same travel lengths as the PUSH shock are about 100g lighter than the Hypercoils.

they advertise that they can rebuild or restroke it to a different eye to eye length so you can use from bike to bike.
@@NDNsteven yeah I know. I was disappointed. They said it was a new body and cant do that. The new one isnt that much better, not worth changinf

why is a push coil shock 1600USD nowadays? 😂
The demographic looking to purchase a Push 11.6 are going to sold on their benefits because "they are like.. super awesome.."
Ya they are super sick!
