All other spammers can be defeated by attacking the opponent from literally any direction except the one they're shooting from. The tank is not meant to be a DPS tank, it's an ambush with a bit of DPS.

1. Carrier drones are better than Battleship drones 2. Carrier is actually ok at beating bullet spammers if used right 3. Carrier is good for off-screen kills because the drones can home to offscreen players.
Battleship can kill offscreen players too, Battleship drones do the same damage as Carrier, just press shift on battleship to make the drones go in one direction (*straight*)
The triplet-penta shot is by far one of the most versatile. You got high fire rate, medium damage, normal reach, and if you want to cover bigger area, penta is petter, but for focused damage the triplet is stronger. Also, penta is good at sitting in pentagon nest and just farm things, assuming there isn't any cyclone/octo there.
necro is extremely good in specific modes such as mothership, with the large amounts of shapes and the insane one time damage. (a 7/7/7/7 build necro with full drones can do almost 1/3 of a motherships health or more)
Because of necro's weaknesses I'm using glass gun build (it's when you upgrade only bullet/drone ups) only two points for movement speed and Max health
Overgunner is pretty good, you can actually flank enemies with one player You can shoot from the front of your enemy, then put your drones on the other side and hit them from behind (pause!) and do heavy damage, if not, kill the enemy. Or you can put your drones in front of you and use them as a barrier if you're getting attacked
The Factory is a good one! It allows you to defence, and offense! Right click makes it into a star formation, and it has lvl 1-3 tanks. Its great at ambushing from behind. The drones are also tanky! Its not so common to find a factory in a growth.
My personal favorites are Overgunner and Bent Hybrid. Overgunner has two weapons that can be used together to preform unique attacks and Bent Hybrid is simply just a solid well-rounded tank. My least favorite is Landmine. Sitting in one spot for long amounts of time is just not my prefered playstyle.
My favorite is surfer because it’s like auto tri angle but it does a little more damage because of the little triangles and my least favorite is cyclone
For me, Necromancer is an insane tank and I've got many 500ks with it. I just need team protection or else I get ambushed immediately and I might have to sacrifice my drones to get back into the base. My favorite tank - The Overlord (Highscore: 1.24M) My medium tank - The Annihilator (Ram Highscore: 688k || Attack Highscore: 704k (Build 7/5/5/4/4/4/5/8/0/0/)) My least favorite tank - The Smasher (Highscore: 427k || PS: I don't really hate it, I use it sometimes and troll people since it's not the highest-tier tank. It's pretty good if you ask me! I have no "hated" tanks but this is my least favorite tank)
Carrier is fine, its okay against most tanks, especially glass builds. its not that bad against bullet spammers. Another bad tank is pounder, basic but way worse.
My favorite tanks are tri-trapper and surfer. I like tri trapper because in maze like modes i like to use both ram and bullet builds. Its just fun to use. Onced gotten 362k on maze 2tdm and 821k on outbreak maze. Ram build:9/6/9/0/0/0/0/0/9/9 Bullet build: 1/1/6/3/7/8/7/6/4/0 I like surfer because litteraly, i used ram surfer alot because people were not expecting a ram surfer lol. The reload of controlled drones is also 2x the reload of uncontrolled drones. Use right click to use the maximum potential of Battleship. Anak was able to achieve 11m with the Battleship in Squads, a score that would never be achieved with Carrier.
machine gunner it has very high reload and is good at killing drones but the only weakness it has is high speed bullets or slow but high hp bullets like annihilator and ranger
The opinion about which tank is the worst is a very subjective thing because everybody have their own opinion. Carrier is amazing tank with a good drone damage, Necromancer and Maleficitor are still pretty good but sadly aren’t that strong as they were years ago.

Engineer is also a tank that most noobs use to get a high score.

You could use a build with high reload. I use a high movement, reload, damage and max health build with a small T-shaped base.
A single tank is a very cool tank if you know well how to avoid ambushes.
