After disclosing that you pee in your backyard, I knew this was going to be a stellar video. And it is. Thanks for posting David, and honestly, for all your contributions to the running community.
Great routine! Don´t know, if I´ve ever seen worse form on single leg deadlifts though. Those are brutal to watch and you probably know it yourself. Cheers!
Me after mistakenly doing 2 sets (not 1) of every exercise: “I’m sure it’ll be fine. I’ve been consistent with strength training lately and have been doing similar exercises.” Me 24 hours later: “I’ve made a grave mistake.”
Hey David, I have been doing this including some of the variants twice a week for 2 weeks. I’m on 50 step ups per leg. What do you think is a good progression - extra sets, more reps, frequency, or weight? Really keen to hear your opinion 🙌🏼
Been doing speed legs for the past couple years and just wanted to drop a comment and say how incredibly helpful they are. Training gamechanger!
Hahaha you made my morning, YOU ARE AMAZING

Thank you for all your videos!!! You and Megan are great :)
Looking forward to incorporating these into my training as a 50+ runner. I can only hope to emulate your form, David!
So cool Rich! You are awesome!
Merci beaucoup pour cette vidéo. Voilà des exercices faciles à faire et, surtout, très efficaces.
Great workout David. That condensed some of what I had been doing from the uphill athlete book into a quicker routine. My legs certainly felt that
AWESOME! You are such a boss Aaron, thank you!
Appreciate your genuine spirit David. Keep up the great contributions to running.
Just what I was looking for to add to the mountain climber routine you recommended 😀
Thank you so much Marlin! This week's Trail Runner Magazine article will provide more context/suggestions!
Thanks so much. Always looking for new exercises. I look forward to getting really sore.
Haha you are awesome!!!!
Ok today is the day after and yep..... my glutes are pretty sore ...... but of course it’s a good sore.

Haha yes, I have a history of back issues from football that make the movement nearly impossible for me right now. Will try to improve over time :)
@@DavidRocheSWAP I'm sorry for that. That's just me,but I wouldn't do them with weights then.
Thanks! Always appreciate your videos and articles.
That means so much for you to say, THANK YOU!!! You are amazing!
