UPDATE: The most recent patch on June 6th was just out and it fixes the exploit that lets you obtain the buy mode objects through the filters and the locked trait through CAS and aging up, but you can still get the objects through the Gallery and the trait by using cheats. The cheat code to get the “Practice Makes Perfect” trait: traits.equip_trait trait_PracticeMakesPerfect

One thing I really don't like here is that the personality trait is an unlockable reward. And it's a personality trait, not a reward trait. And the only way to get it post-CAS is through Re-Traiting potion. Yep, no Self-discovery moment for that. Welp, this build mode trick will be fixed, but the Gallery room will still be an excellent get-around. CAS items however will be... very difficult...

I was thinking maybe after a year of doing them, they could include one item in the first week from a previous prizes so people who couldn’t log in or didn’t even have the game yet still have a chance to get those items.
I literally had the trait pop up when randomizing my newly aged up child's trait. I didn't even question it until now and thought it was just a trait I hadn't seen before since I tend to only use a small handful of traits in my sims
guess this is to try a thing for sims 5. Dont mind tests but... why exclusively lock things behind a one-time only event ticket when we can just mod it in?...
Personally I'm excited with this event. In base game there's no mini fridge, dart board or vending machine plus the mini fridge comes with a marching trash can that I think is supposed to be the money trash can. I also absolutely ADORE the new necklace and who doesn't love pillows?! I'm not 100 percent sure how I feel about the personality trait but it definitely seems super fun. Idk if it's just how I play but it sometimes feels like my Sims skills level up insanely fast and I swear my one sim litteraly flew through her career as a professor from university. Yes I had her get her degree in that specific job but she got promotions almost daily for a moment-
Honestly i dont mind this at all. I had a lot of fun loging on and getting new items for me to use in my saves. I loke the idea of event items. I just wish there were more items and that after the event ended there was an alternate way to get these items
Another way to cheat it is to change the date/time settings on your pc and claim the item, then rinse and repeat :) though maybe do it once or twice, EA is annoying when it comes to this stuff and i dont know if they have any detection on that sort of stuff so be careful guys

It seems that the login reward is being rolled out not at the same time. Try to play the game without any mods just to be sure as broken mods may block the pop up message

The same as the one in Snowy Escape. You need to get the heavily injured buff by being crushed at least twice after shaking a stuck vending machine and if you try it again while still injured, you may die

Cake and salad are common in vending machines in Japan, idk about chicken nuggets though.

"Practice makes perfect" trait is also able to be selected like normal for teens (and preteens if you have that mod)

Bad news: they patched the filter and randomizer exploit. So yeah, use cheats for the trait and use the Gallery for the objects.

I play sims 4 everyday and the daily rewards don't work for me
Have you claimed it first each day? And some mods may break the menu after the update so be sure to turn off mods first
