yes, I rarely seen homeless encampments in Cambodia. I think because of Cambodian culture. Cambodian cultures live with parents, relatives consider normal if they don't have ability to create their own family. And in a family we are really helpful. I saw video on UA-cam about homeless encampments in US also.
