Thanks for the explanation. After watching it i have now full knowledge about sensitivity labels and how it works. This is very helpful as i am preparing for DA-100.
nice video... thanks!! a quick question..... the admin portal that you have shown @2:19, in my case i do not see any options like Tenant Settings etc... is there any "specific license" I need to have so see those options/settings?
Nice explanation! I have a quick question, if I have a Power BI Dataset with a High Sensitivity Label, Will this prevent that a BI Developer could export the data using a Table visual in Power BI Desktop? This BI Developer should be able to create reports from this dataset but without exporting data in any form, Is this possible to accomplish with this feature?
Export option comes under Power BI Admin Part. From Power BI Admin portal, Admin can disable export data. However, if you want to stop unauthorised access on Power BI reports, then only use sensitivity labels and this would work as per the policy defined by the organization.

@@BIConsultingPro I have some examples below of FPY (First Pass Yield): Example 1: Item 0001 - Received Item 0002 - Received Item 0002 - Problem found after Received (LINE above) FPY = 50% ================================ Example 2: Item 0001 - Received (ok) Item 0002 - Received (ok) FPY = 100%
Hello sir I saw whole video, I have worked mostly on power bi desktop What exactly sensitivity label,Azure information protection where exactly we use ?
Hello, Lucky! There is one more video on sensitivity labels. You should watch it. However, for your info, sensitivity labels help you to protect your data from unauthorized access. In simple words, it makes your file like excel, .pbix file, pdf file, ppt file ( which you download from Power BI service or export ), password protected. If you are not authorized to access it, using. your user name (Email) & Password, you won't be able to see the data inside it.
Please don't forget to share your feedback!
Finished watching
When we download any report to excel or pdf can we get watermark labelling in excel (EX: ABC data) in background
Not watermark but sensitivity labels, yes
@@BIConsultingPro thank you for reply
