My brother has had to be strong for the both of us since mums passing and I notice its eating him up inside. To my brother! I got you. U dont have to be strong anymore, let it out, ama be your shoulder. Am a big girl now. I love you biggie, to the moon and back.❤

This was my drivers favorite song, he died months ago, I miss him so much, all the time he would sing along to this song. I wish he could tell me why he loved this song. But it's to late now😢😭😭😭😭😭😭
We have been raised with a mentality that men don’t cry, to be honest I lost my parents at a tender age but I never shade a tear for them because of that societal syndrome of men not cry, but the pain hits real hard when I hit rock bottom, but mwamuna siama lila: I feel men cry and we need the support of society to help us go through certain challenges in life.
Very true bro. I equally share your sentiments
This hit me differently
Exactly😍😍🥂🥂
Pure@ calmly music
I feel you bro
Chungu if you ever see this I want you to know I used your music to boast to friends in school that made fun of me for being Christian...eventually everyone became a believer 😇😇😇
👏👏👏👏👏
Wow. Thank you for sharing this Angie. My music is meant for people to connect with Gods heart. In any situation they are in they will know God is real and He's there. Jesus at the centre of it all.

My fiance use to play this song everyday, wen he was going through a tough time without getting paid his full pay, i stood by him , encouraging him never to give up❤️
There is so much societal pressure exerted on the African male child. It’s grossly unfair and I believe that to a large extent it’s the reason we have witnessed a surge suicide cases among our brothers. Let’s be their keeper. This is a message. 🙏🏾 Thank you
God bless you
Can't agree more...
Especially when you are the 1st born, there's usually no chance of experimenting with what ur gonna become in life... like pursuing music or any sports career.
I like your explicit explanation and analysis of this subject matter. It is very true, we as men need counselling and awareness on mental health and eventually homicide/killing of spouses might reduce.
This is so true.
The pressure exerted on a man is too much.
Well explained Tehillah
Everytime I listen to this song I literally break down into tears, it’s literally not just males even us first born daughters are asked to be strong for everyone and sometimes they forget we humans 😔but gents I’m sending you all the love and peace of mind. It’s okey to cry😭😭😭my heart though. Abel Chungu thank you for this touching song.
I know what you mean....
It's true😢 us first born daughters we are just like men
True
Am a first born daughter... I dedicated this song to myself ❤
The irony is that I'm crying whilst listening to this song. Beautiful song & powerful message. Abel Chungu you are amazing, brave and inspiring bro..
I am a mother of two daughters only, I feel the pain of what men go through when I listen to this song. Bless you Abel, your music is amazing.
Ever been in a situation where someone dies in your hands and all people you look up to are women that breakdown instantly such that you go through the whole process and only cry a year later
This song really helped me this year
I was eating bread 🍞 before listening to this, but now I'm eating toast. Fire 🔥🔥🔥!!!! Watching from Kenya

Just had to cry when my daughter graduated to grade 1. Never had my dad come to any of my graduations. He died when I was 11.
Lately been going through some stuff, sometimes I feel like giving up.. can only let loose when no one is watching 😔
Who is still vibing to this song in 2024😢 listening on behalf of my boyfriend
3 years later this song still strengthens .. when ever i got low and get low i come here

Abel chungu is the most under rated artist in Zambia. This guy is one of the cream of zambian music. Respect
Lucky Dube said big boys dont cry
I hear you. Being the first born you are told to be strong for others even as a girl child. The pressure is real . Nice piece 😭😭
As a girl you have to be a mother and sister to your siblings 😢
OK I love this song so much i feel like it's my dedication my dad died on 23 October 2003, this song just hit me differently believe me abel chungu, that day I cried like like the bible says Jesus wept........ Thanks Abel this is now my dedication to the big man.
My condolences to you and your family. Can't imagine how hard this day must be for you ❤🙏

As a mother to a son, I will consistently remind him that he should never carry burdens alone and that it is okay to cry.
We go through so much as men,its not easy. I feel there are a few women out there that can even begin to understand what we go through as men. Its never been easy.
Song is so beautiful... some words sound like Luganda...I think it's a Bantu language 😍😍😍💞💞 so sweet 🇺🇬🇺🇬🇺🇬🇺🇬
The pressure we grew up with...
We need not to pass this knowledge to the next generation.
#Mwamuna ni muntu. Amalila
Mwamuna samalila, I never used used to know wat those words really meant till I became a man,
A man is a Pilar of strength in every family hence shouldn't show it that you are broken when u are really broken, only a few family members 1,2 or 3 should know /friends 1 or 2are enough.
A broken Man is considered to be weak and undesirable by society
Thank you Abel for this beautiful song that covers men, Society so often tosses their emotions aside. When you sang “This is the return of the Prince” I could tell this song meant so much to you personally as it does to so many looking at the comments here. May all of you deserving Kings find worthy Queens who will allow you to fall apart then pick you up and allow you to re-invent yourselves. God Bless you all🙏🏾
It's the prayer of every hardworking man to find a helper in a loving woman to help him in this punishing world for men.
Your pen Bro!!! God continue blessing you with more fire.
I receive that blessing. More is definitely coming.
Amen
Man don’t cry I think it’s a way to tell a young boy to grow strong because their is a lot of pressure in the society so it’s a way to make us be prepared as we grow older
First born daughter's we are men in a way , this song helps me alot
All the way from Zimbabwe 🇿🇼 here. We love the track!!..well done man!
Everytime i lisen to this song i always break down in tears😭😭 because even us first born daughters are told not to cry because have to take of your younger ones😰
I wish i really knew wat a real man is but i will be praising God coz am still standing... this is a song of the year may God bless u its a hit bro...
Rip dad been two years now, mwamuna samalila
Stay strong anonymous I lost both parents before I could turn 12 years am the only male child
Almost 4 years later is when I'm getting to know about this song, through a work colleague. I don't have a son yet, but i do have a baby brother that has been in my arms since he was days old. I actively see all the societal norms that tell him to not cry when he falls or hurts himself, to not behave or feel a certain way because he's a boy. I don't even tolerate that whether from our mother or grandmother. I tell him, cry all want, scream if you want to. Talk about your feelings, your thoughts. Tell me everything, when you think there's no one to listen I'm here. Because at the end of the day we're all human, with thoughts and feelings regardless of gender. And there is power in embracing the things that make you weak. Because then no one will ever use them against you. Thank you for this masterpiece Abel Chungu❤
It's time to change the narrative I've been saying this for a while men are going through so much pressure because of culture, traditions and society.
This is the return of the prince... Glory to the Crown of the King, You are witnessing the rise of the Kingdom... may every chain be broken... #I really feel these words😰
😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
When my parents left me when I was young my brother took care of as all by himself, he went through alot think you bro I love u
sir your song is on repeat since yesterday, in the current state plus any other things men go through your song speaks to all. thank you
Mental health is real... been dealing with alot of inner pain... but am now getting there.

Been there when I felt all hope is gone, at the time I wish I had an elder sister or brother to help me or just hug to say it's going to alright hang in there ... This song Abel you may not have an idea of what the impact it has had already. It's all God thank you for this great master class. Now it's testimony time
I'm blessed to be a blessing.
How can you honestly click dont like button seriously. I'm wondering the deslikes.. what is there to deslike. for the first time men have a song that does not portray them as villains, abusers or cheaters but speaks of what goes on in our daily lives behind the scenes. BIG UPS this is song of the year for me.
For me I will say it again this song is one of the greatest song done by a Zambian artist if not the greatest song ever
This song will forever and ever be my power of strength to overcome any challenges,we played this song me and yiung brother lynos ray mwamba jnr when getting our beloved father from FSG morque to his final place at mutumbi😭😭😭
Mwanuna samalila has a lot of men fighting depression in our society. This is a great song. To all the men out there its oky to cry.

We done been through a whole lot of pressing issues, we cry, we fall, we break, and scream in total anguish, but remember, this is the return of the Prince!
Dear Men,

Cry! While you pick yourself up, you are not alone.
You are valued, your happiness counts.

Always like this song as many times even my comments to remind me to listen to it... My world in this
Growing up without a father and having so much pressure to make mama proud, it's my prayer that my father finds peace in his absence in my life , may God bless and open more doors to all the man out there 👑👊✊
Am raising two sons, I shed tears at times to think the pressure that they will someday have as fathers and providers.
My 11 year old brother told me this song got him through mum's death ....this makes me questions why we feel why we should think men are strong when they also have to cry .. thanks for this song coz u mad me realize men have mental health to deal with also ...m
Thank you for sharing this. Much love to your younger brother
@@abelchungumusuka8950 you have changed so men lives
Thé sad reality is that today it’s not even family that’s demanding and repeating these words in men’s ears, but the people they are seeking to share their weaknesses with and find comfort, Spouse or girlfriend..
« Mwamuna afunika ndalama ‘a man should have money’ »
A beautiful song with a beautiful message 💕 I always tell my husband to cry 😢 if he feels defeated. Mwamula alila
The first time I listened to this masterpiece, I cried like a toddler. After that I sent it to my siblings who happens to be females and my mother. I told them to talk to their partners coz it's rough for a male child out there, to give them an opportunity to cry if possible so that they let it out. @Able Chungu Musuku thanks a lot for this man, may God continue guiding and lighting your path coz we need you as men. God Bless
Awww..🌻
Will teach my sons, its ok to cry
This song never gets old for me.....and it keeps ministering to me
A movie can do bro
This message has to be spread out to the world men go through alot
Organizations has to be formed for them also
i feel that the pain is out now, thanks #abel, growing up without my father.....it is really hard.
The emotion in this song is almost tangible....men you have every right to cry when it hurts. Break, scream cry let it out
Then fix your crown and walk.
This song has touched me. It pains everytime when i want to relieve myself, they tell me Mamuna Samalira. (Men dont cry). Its time for Zambia and Malawi to use our common language for the good. Our market share is our teritory, lets make musik good and lets make our talents see no boundary betwen us.
Mwamuna samalila sibwine. Malawi and Zambia ni same same!
My brother continue with this message of telling people that a man is suppose to cry in order to remove his pain. GOD BLESS YOU ABEL CHUNGU
This song is so beautiful... because everyone's always talking about the challenges females face forgetting the challenges men face .
The spiritual root of all addictions is the need to be loved , been a tough two years . Thanks for this abel 💪
This song brought me to tears so much...because I’ve seen what the whole men don’t cry mentality has done to the men around me....my grandmother died and I watched my father hold in so much pain coz he had to be strong for everyone coz he was the only man...so he had to be strong my aunties and my cousins and us his kids...and I could see him break inside...took him a long time to recover and it hurt more coz everyone kept on telling him his a man...he needs to be strong...society needs to have this conversation
Abel my big brother...am sorry for judging this song before I could listen to it...I was influenced by my fellow Zambians...Today as I was driving...it played on a radio station.. listened to it and discovered it's a good piece.. apparently it's not for average minds ... Continue with the good work...and almighty God bless you 🙏

My Favorite Zambian artist.
Thank you for this lovely piece of art.
I'm glad you like it.
i personal love this song, in an age where men's mental health is only becoming something people are aware about, this song does justice because men are human too an not just mechanical bread winners, i love my wife for sharing this with me.. i mean i may not actually cry but am glad she has an idea of what i go through.
your wife is priceless
this song is underrated. it deserves way more than what it got. its explains reality.
