A devastating earthquake has occurred in Xichuan. Lawyer Luo Ben has gone to the disaster-stricken area to look for his younger sister Luo Yuan. It's there that he comes into contact with the rescue unit under the leadership of Captain Qing Shan. Luo Ben also encounters Zhan Yan with whom he's had bad blood with in the past. However, he soon changes his mind about her as he comes to admire her selflessness and brilliance as a doctor. Luo Ben bears witness to the people's sense of camaraderie in the face of adversity and becomes deeply inspired by the volunteer efforts. Luo Ben along with Xiong Fei, Zhou Min Ming and Ding Ding Ding are the new recruits to the team. They survive Captain Qing Shan's "training from hell" and put their lives on the line in every rescue and disaster relief operation that pits them against earthquakes, fires, floods and typhoons. At the end of the day, they finally grow into an elite rescue unit.
I love the brother-sister way of taking full advantage of Lele situation to find their love partners🤣🤣🤣🤣.so sad to see sweet Lele go through such pain of losing his mama at a young age 😭😭atleast he has caring and loving people around him❤️
I don't know why the chinese directors are so creative.They make dramas not to make profit but also uphold the importance of many things in our society such like rescue team in this drama.Skating in skate into love,gaming in falling into ur smile and many many storyies i can't remember now😂.

The Chinese film industry SELLS their products, ie DRAMAS to everyone. Someone has paid the industry lots of money to be able to 'show' this drama on their channels. You don't think NetFlix doesn't pay for these dramas? Netflix is most like, one of their biggest customers. UA-cam and the various channels all pay. The film industry is making millions, while nicely educating and highlighting worthwhile careers and necessary services for the well being of us all. Bless First Responders!

But to require the same intense training for a beginner, when some of the experienced even have trouble (the log lift) is NOT the way to train. Step by step training to build stamina and strength or you take the chance of tearing muscles and causing severe injuries. I spent 9 years in a volunteer firefighting department. As an officer, I was responsible for my crew's safety. Always, SAFETY FIRST.

沒有背景的小個子，在資本打壓的洪流中逆流而上，支持他是因為我們都是小個子吧。
先天的優厚條件背景有什麼可誇，靠著努力和實力打破自身的侷限才值得讚賞。

根本鬼扯，這種基本認知的話，訓練前及訓練中期- 都可說， 但一開始的訓練，體能總是跟不上的，都是要循序漸進來- 加大訓練強度的，否則就是亂操胡搞，這編劇與導演根本瞎拍
