A small hill village in Kalingpong district called Rishop is a beauty that no poet can express in words. Through today's video you will know how you can come to rishop. We however came to Rishop after seeing the Bidyang Valley first on the North Bengali tour. After wandering around the mountains on the pine tree road, we reached the top of Rishop where there are various homestays and hotels to stay. We stayed at the Himalayan hut homestay where our food and accommodation cost Rs.1000 per person. Friends you can visit Rishop all year round but if you visit between October to November then you can see the snow covered mountain ranges like Sinialchu and Pandim Kanchenjunga from Rishop. During the winter days there is often snow in Rishop. But we went during monsoon. I would not have known that mountains can be so beautiful in monsoons if I had not come to this rishop. Around Reshop you can explore various attractions like Kalimpong .Lava.Kolakham and Lolegaon.
