Great Video, i'm quite novice to the game, but do you guys recommend playing against the AI player in Very hard or even higher ? or is it much better to train with real players ?

I'd play against AI until you can beat very hard. Then you are ready to play against players. Just join noob lobbies or lobbies with low level players. Most players can't beat AI on absurd anyway.
