I can't believe you microwaved that pie, it looks oven baked!! I've always been anti-microwave when it comes to anything with pastry because it always goes soggy and tough, but they have definitely perfected that pie for microwave cooking. My absolute favourite is home-made chicken pot pie, but I can't make that too often as it is just too hard to resist eating too much!
Yes Jamie, I am surprised how well they have perfected these because I always in the past felt the same way. Anything microwaved had the wrong texture, wrong taste, no crispyness, no proper browning, etc. But this pot pie actually comes out really good!

Ps: I know what you mean about the clam chowder soup. I get some baby clams in a can (by bumble bee brand) and a real potato diced up in small cubes and add it to the soup. If I'm serving for more than one person I add two cans of soup to make a larger portion. I find adding those extra items and then some green onion (scallions) with a hint of minced garlic -- comes out soooo delicious.

Hello Teddy. You are so good in eating that chicken pot pie with extra chicken, it made me salivate. I hope to eat that brand in the future but I would fill the rest of my plate with more veggies and fruits coz my tummy needs lots of juicy fruits to function well and they make you look younger too. I would probably not add more salt, hehe I have Aspie taste buds. I love the fizz sounds you made, so tingly, along with your so soothing and tingly voice, that I love so much. Well, Yes Duri Ann, it was yummy! But I think a culinary expert could make a 'scratch' one a lot better yes?;) So glad you love my voice, and Yes, fruit, veggies, your advice is platinum and I will take it to heart.
Another great asmr video. Thanks !!! I looked at other peoples videos and find most of them annoying, mouth noises and high pitched female voices. Is that normal ? ...... your voice and subject matter are the only things that help me sleep
Thank you Vickie! I must be honest and admit that I too find 95% (or more) of ASMR irritating rather than relaxing. Stuff being scratched on binauraul microphones like fingers on a chalkboard, etc. etc., but it is the 5% that I find so relaxing. I am so glad that this is helping you, and I will be making many more.
Hello Adam, I unfortunately don't have the home with the fireplace anymore, and my place in Oregon does not have one. However, I may buy a home with a fireplace over the next year and if that happens I will make more of those.
