Thank you for the video. However, I am facing an issue with my credit customers. The customer's credit is more than their debit, which is causing the remaining balance to appear in brackets instead of in the minus. This is confusing my customer. Can you kindly assist me with this matter?

GOOD
Without if condition, we use only formula in credit balance then answer will be same. Like current credit balance = last credit balance + current debit - current credit. Because Excel automatically assume blank cell as zero value. Sorry sir, Then why we use if condition. Don't make complexity. Use simple formula.

Hi, in this same format of excel can you add different bank account. if we select sbi bank in drop down in source money. Like money was debited from sbi for House Rent, then the balance sbi account need to know that.
Sbi have ₹20000, icici have ₹10000 rent paid from sbi ₹5000 then the balance of sbi ₹15000
