The Konkan Railway is a railway operated by the Konkan Railway Corporation. It is part of Indian railway not Nepal railways. I think you guys got confused about that
I am form janakpur unfortunately I missed to take this train journey since I had flight to Australia same day. Also All the station are newly built on the old station built during British India. Those buildings were crumbling

Whole stretch including railway tracks & station premises are constructed as per Indian standard by one of the zone of Indian Railways i.e. Konkan Railway. At present, total 18 zones & 70 divisions are available in Indian Railways. Don't get confused.
