Can i ask one question? Is it possible to skip the llamada, and start with escobilla? Or is it possible to switch sections, like start with llamada since it’s the intro but then do falseta first, then compas, then escobilla , etc? Thank you!!

@@DenisChangMusic Yes, it's absolutely fine to skip the llamada and play the falseta first. The escobilla is typically played in the middle of a piece (as part of the dance accompaniment), but when playing solo, it can also be placed in the middle or at the end. Starting with it, however, might sound a bit odd.

An excellent video….very well taught. I have lived in Murcia for 20 years and have played the guitar for 60 years….but have only recently become interested in playing some Flamenco music. Can you recommend a guitar in a medium price range which I could buy to begin with?

Thank you for your kind words, Emlyn! We understand the question, but we do not advise buying a guitar without having played it previously. In recent years, many guitars are being sold online, but deciding which one is your guitar is something very personal. Until you have played the guitar, you will not know if it is good for you, no matter how good the brand is.
If you're interested in diving deeper into the world of flamenco guitar, we're offering a 14-day free trial to our academy. Tino has a great video about buying guitars-it's in the extras tab under "interviews and specials." I highly recommend you watch it! ¡Buenos días! La guitarra que está usando Tino es una guitarra de Andrés Marvi, guitarrero de Granada. ¡Gracias por tu comentario!
