Very well done. I'm building my man cave now for over a year in an old chicken shed. What I'm going to do is not to let too many things visible. For example I'm building a very flat cupboard for my paints with lids where more paints can be placed. To give the room a more tidier look after every painting session I close the cupboard.

As far as I have heard and seen and done in my own spare bedroom, all that is required to assemble and paint miniatures is an A4 sized area. No larger except for storage whilst stuff is drying and this storage should be at an easy range for you to simply stand and find what it is you are looking for.
Paints I have in carrying cases (Vallejo) and well worth the money paid for them.
Utensils in cheap plastic tray boxes stacked one on top of the other and on wheels for mobility and there you have it, simple and constructively easy.
My dog helps me build stuff as well!
Getting permission from the Mrs for an extension like this, for a man cave only, was a mighty achievement! Very jealous as I'd never get the green light for something like this!

I like this, apart from the desk (and rebuilding the room obviously) it's a very efficient build. The trays are a genius idea. 'The Kallax' does sound like a weird 40k beast though 😁
