You see...this is why not having wrestlers coming up with their own material or having the ability to come up with their own stuff on the fly is a bad thing. Sticking 100% to scripts is not a good thing.
This wasn't Shawn forgetting his lines.. it was Shawn opening his mouth and reminding Punk that he kicked him, which was a stupid thing to say because now Punk is going to turn his attention to Shawn.. Shawn realised it, then 'well wait a minute' was him trying to take it back and redirect the attention away from him. All part of the script.
