@@SalimShahdiOff To put in perspective at least in my eyes, finding a dead mans journal reading the story of a good man living a dream with the final words of his being " it was my wife's idea, isn't she so smart" create this somber tone. Thanks for taking the torch from me. Your first episode has already told me everything I need to know to say trusting the world to you was a fantastic choice, and I can't wait to see what mark you decide to leave! Amazing stuff :) P.S. Take care of Historia for me, will ya?
This is the coolest idea for a world I've ever seen. Weirdly enough, even if I didn't watch the previous videos on it, it feels somehow nostalgic to watch it. It's like you're playing on a world where someone used to play ages ago and is now long gone. I don't really know how to describe it but it's the same feeling as logging on to a random smp and visiting places where people had fun but are now obviously abandonned for years. It's almost sad, but in a good way.
For everybody that's new here, I suggest you go watch the rest of the UHC Generations series, but here's a cliff notes of all the accomplishments so far and the cause of death. FlamingMoai - Founder of UHC Generations/first to carry the torch, Founder of Founder's Town (built a majority of the buildings, including the clocktower and most of the houses), Founder of the Fields of Regeneration, discovered the life giving Oxide Daisy suspicious stew, first to enter the nether (outside Founder's Town due to resource constraints, constructed from a ruined portal), left several secrets scattered around the world that are unknown to all but FlamingMoai himself (at least the ones that haven't been found), started the tradition of keeping journals, lived in UHC Generations (based on video release dates) from April 12, 2022 to October 24, 2022, died to a Vex whilst fighting a raid in a village to the north of Founder's Town Quillbee - Second to carry the torch, built much of the road networks inside the walls of Founder's Town, built the walls of Founder's Town, built the wheat farm and animal pens in Founder's Town, built the tunnel linking Founders Town to the jungle on the other side of the mountain, built the large Bee house in the Fields of Regeneration, built the first organized storage room in Founder's Town, lived in UHC Generations from October 24, 2022 to June 25, 2023; died to an Enderman while caught between a skeleton, his shield, and a waterfall inside of Stinger Cave LeonSBU - Third to carry the torch, founder of the Shallows, founder of Industry Park; constructed the various bridges and roads linking Founder's Town to Moai's Village (now Oasis Town), the Fields of Regeneration, the Shallows, and Industry Park; built the nether portal inside Founder's Town and expanded the (relatively) safe area accessible inside the nether, expanded on the storage room built by Quillbee, built the map room, built the great Library, lived in UHC Generations from June 25, 2023 to February 14, 2024, died from fall damage after throwing himself off the Founder's Town bell tower having decided it was time to pass the torch, first inhabitant of UHC Generations to die willingly. CodeNeon - Forth to carry the torch. Acted as the first UHCG historian. Constructed the UHCG museum, one of the many moai heads in the fields of regeneration, and numerous structures scattered around the overworld. Refurbished Oasis Town, once a normal desert village turned into a haven to conduct raids against the pillager menace in relative safety (at least compared to doing a raid out in the open, FlamingMoai sadly learned that the hard way). Created the Vengeance armor, a set of the most powerful armor in minecraft. Avenged FlamingMoai by defeating a raid. Avenged QuillBee by conquering Stinger Cave. Died after being overwhelmed by a simultaneous assault by ghast and an enderman, resulting in being knocked into a pit full of zombie piglins which he slew before being stabbed in the back by one last zombie piglin which had dropped into the pit. Leguno: Fifth to carry the torch, current inhabitant. I bid you good luck as you begin your journey.
I kind of wish that we got to see Leon and Josh's last journals. "I should probably just go to bed" and "Signing this off in case things go south" were both such incredible lines to end the first two generations.
Fun fact: Moai died on September 18th 2022. I remember him calling me right after he died. I know the exact date since I remember finding it ironic how he died on the same day that I later uploaded a video on how to make an axolotl-based regeneration farm, which was meant for his generation. So by just looking up the upload date of that video, you can pin it down to the exact date, September 18th

Sameeeee I didn’t know code had passed the world and immediately went to watch the conclusion, even if it was in an inconvieny way it was still narratively satisfying that death doesn’t wait for you to be ready or recording for it to happen.
I had this video recommended to me maybe a couple days after it released but the concept was so cool I had to go and watch the previous 4 generations first - I look forward to seeing how you'll make this world your own!!
This is the first time I've heard of passing on a hardcore world onto other people, but the idea amazes me. I hope you're able to keep up the series because I want to see more of this. I also appreciate that y'all are able to keep notes for each other, not only to keep some kind of history, but also to give hints to each other or to just relay some kind of thought process. Keep up the good work!
OMG!!! Just started watching UHC Generations earlier this year. Thought then that you would be the perfect fit. So I just sat there, stunned, when I turned on UA-cam and saw the name of this episode ... so I will say, "Live long and prosperous my friend🖖"

I watched this episode first about 5 days ago and was blown away by the concept. So, over the past few days, on my lunch breaks, have been watching 2 or 3 episodes a day from the beginning and I can't properly express how happy I am to see a minecraft series that isn't "I survived 100 days......" I too want to see what Maoi put at 0,0 but I really hope this series goes on for years before we get there. I think this is in good hands with you, Legundo, I can't wait to watch what you do to leave your mark on this world.
This looks awesome! An awesome idea for a group of friends instead of that "two week phase" we all have from time to time. It would also have a lot more of emotion and history. Is there any way we can learn how to make one world like this? From the fixed spawnpoint for other players, as well as the custom recipe of the Oxy Daisies and the Ultra Hardcore mechanic? Thanks!
That recipe isn’t custom! It’s in vanilla Minecraft! As far as the rest… there’s a game rule for natural health regen and the spawn would already be shared!
I love this concept! Such a fun and original idea for content, and as a Lore junkie I am gonna go find the first episode of this and start watching it fron the start. Good luck on your adventure @Legundo
I love the idea of discovering the journal entries of bygone outlanders and reading a little into their story; it feels like Subnautica (with the PDA recordings remaining from the crew and the time capsules left behind by other players) and it's honestly a really wonderful feature that should find its way into everyday Minecraft.
As sorry as I was to see Neon's run end, since I found the project when his first episode showed up in my recommended list, I was bouncing in my seat when I saw this episode's notification show up right after. Mostly because I liked Legundo's videos already, but also partly because it meant I didn't have to go looking for the next generation.
This is what I like to see from a world of this concept, I’m really happy with everything that all 4 of the generations that have come and passed have done, and I can’t wait to see what comes next!
Nah I had to go back and watch This entire thing from the beginning. This is probably the most intense, entertaining, and honestly the most genius Minecraft idea I ever ever heard of. Feels like all might just passing his power to the next generation, go on legundo make this world proud!
Wow it's an amazing concept. I've always looked at hardcore as someting wierd because you can't enjoy what you've made forever but passing it to someone else is awesome
I didn't know this was a thing, but it seems so cool! I hope to see someone (if not you) do some builds in the nether. I feel like the nether is an often overlooked and undervalued building location!
I was a little doubtful of the title of this video, but this was absolutely fantastic! I love the vibe of this series and will have to look back at the previous episodes from the other creators.
This was my *first* video of yours I’ve watched and including the series. I went and binged watched the entire series from everyone’s pov and now truly understanding all the lore and intention behind everything in this video, you were such a perfect choice for the next generation. So excited to see what you do ❤️
Congratulations on your new inheritance. I cannot, along with many others, wait to see what you do with this world. Please treat it with the care and respect it deserves, enjoy your time in UHCG as I can't wait to see the mark yiu leave on this world.❤
Founders' Town does look really cool with the moss and azaleas, but introducing invasive species just to make the greenery look nice is... questionable.
I honestly also love this idea, I was thinking about something similar, only on bedrock edition and it being a sort of roulette of who would receive the world every time one died, but we could receive the world multiple times to review progress. Both are cool ideas, and they are very good when executed correctly, and i want to acknowledge Moai for having a similar idea. Great minds think alike am I right? 😃
This was the first episode I found, and after watching all three episodes so far, I decided I wanted more context and went back and rewatch the whole series and I’m absolutely in love. A wild experience rewatching this now
"leave things better than we found it" and here we are, my annual LMK reminder which is going to make me cry over season 5 all over again. Thanks! Tbh I've never heard about this project before but it's such a cool idea! I can't wait for more episodes ^^
If you die in the UHC, I want you to just make the most devious and difficult puzzle for the next poor guy that inherits this world, as per tradition, just to troll them.
Honestly such a good concept, I've never seen anything like this in terms of minecraft concepts before, if I had minecraft I'd definitely try to start or take part in this haha, can't wait to see more on this!
For the maps you don't need an index of important locations that are inside the map, you can use renamed banners, place them, right click them with the map they are in, ant it will show up as a marker in the map.
This feels like multiplayer in a way, while no one else plays there was people before you, people other than you contributed, it's a fascinating and odd feeling of loneliness. I kinda want to start searching for some downloadable worlds to play now

I'm glad that I ended up seeing me on the video. Before this one I would have been bummed the other way around
Sameeeee I didn’t know code had passed the world and immediately went to watch the conclusion, even if it was in an inconvieny way it was still narratively satisfying that death doesn’t wait for you to be ready or recording for it to happen.
@@TaxoPandaseems so little yet he probably played for tens of hours if not more than a hundred
I have never seen your channel before but I am for sure subscribing this series is so cool and your editing style is very entertaining!!
Just came from code neons video so excited to see where you take the lore aspect.
I had this video recommended to me maybe a couple days after it released but the concept was so cool I had to go and watch the previous 4 generations first - I look forward to seeing how you'll make this world your own!!
Welcome to the world Generation 5 o7. Excited to see what you can do!
@@StorykeeperWithers hmm? Are you the next person in the future?
Cringe
Honestly same I only learned of uhc generations earlier this year and i LOVED the concept and thought Legundo would be amazing for it!
@@rory7414rude
Oddly enough i seen the previous owners of the world video and didnt even look for this it just popped up , but im glad it did ive been playing since alpha days basically and love stuff like this , I'll be back for more episodes :) don't die! xD
Damn, inheriting a Minecraft world is wild.
That is what my children will get
@@Potentialtobefunny the economy is rough lmao
This is my introduction to not only this series, but to your channel as well. I can't express how excited I am to see future videos on this. Reminds me of the captain sparklez mianite days...
I WAS NOT EXPECTING YOU TO INHERIT IT.

I kinda wonderd ever since the first episode of code neon after he commented and then neon said it in the video
I watched one of the earlier players play this series and then stop watching and just came across this and now I'm going back to see what I missed. I really like the concept of this world I can wait to see what you add to the history and what mysteries you leave for the next generation. Keep up the good work I love the first video you earned yourself a new subscriber and dedicated viewer.
I KNEW IT! Let’s flipping go!!!! It’s nearly come full circle. Legs introduced me to Viking via Dominion, who in turn allowed me to know Josh better via Gilded, which introduced me to Avid as well, and Leon. Then, I found this series through Josh. I said, way back in one of the first episodes, that it should be Legs. Let’s go!!!!!!! So hype!
I was wondering about this world in those days, really love this idea and how the world is slowly progressing
*me looking for moai’s comment because his first words to a generation are kinda my favourite *
This is an awesome concept. I’d love to be a part of something similar, gives a real purpose to builds in a unique way
"leave things better than you found it" I SEE YOU LEGUNDO YOU DO WATCH CRITICAL ROLE I SEE YOU
Legs is very nerdy, yes yes~
I thought that sounded familiar! New to this channel, but that solidified my decision to stick around ( I was already pretty sure about it)

@@cookiecapitan3655 That’s not a CR specific thing. That’s like… a very common saying, especially in literature/media.
Legend's been a Critter for a while, I think at some point he mentioned that he listens to a CR podcast while doing one of his projects
bro i love this the history that can be built over time I would love to see what happens to this world 5 years down the line its rare to find creative series like this theses days so this is refeshing
honestly i hope should the unfortunate time come that the series as a whole will end that all the previous members show up in the final FINAL episode to break the glass and everything that follows
I hope there will be a world download to explore after
They can't, it's hardcore
@@hunterchichester5720 i think they make a world copy every time?? maybe?
@@hunterchichester5720 They can if they turn on a LAN world with cheats and change their game mode to Survival. That'll respawn them on Hardcore. They log on, LAN world w/ cheats, and /set gamemode survival. Easy peasy!
Look, this series isnt vanilla. The world would get deleted after a death if vanilla. I think it would be simple to mod other players in.
As a real life librarian with a love of history, story, and legacy, I'm DELIGHTED by this concept, makes me wish I played multiplayer minecraft more often
gen 1: Moai
gen 2: quillbee
gen 3: LeonSBU
gen 4: CodeNeon
gen 5: Legundo
gen 6: ???
Gen 6: LoonyMC
@@ARwastaken1 I'd love that!
LoonyMC commented so im guessing its him.

Cookiegod maybe?
I didn't know a cool project like this was happening, but I'm glad I stumbled across it! Can't wait to watch your next episode, but in the meantime it seems I have a few previous generations to catch up with :D
I can't wait to see what you add to the world! UHC Generations is on of my fav ongoing series atm, and im so pumped that you get to experience and add to it!
A multiplayer version of this would rock
I started watching code neons time with UHC Generations and fell in love with it so since you have the same passion best of luck and the world is you sandbox
Hey, I would like to continue your legacy. I asked neon before but he already had you in place. Your a big channel so you might not find this but I’m ok a Minecraft which would be cool because of all you skilled players adding a bit mix in skill would help but I’ve been a fan of this series ever since quillbe and I’m super excited for you adding on to a legacy full of story’s to uncover!
Idea for Ep.2: Tower Of Puzzles: Each time You Complete a puzzle, you store it in a tower, with stories of all of UHC's puzzles.
@@Legundo huh, thanks!
This is the coolest minecraft series idea i have ever heard of!!!!!!!! I love history and lore and this is actually such a crazy awesome thing to do
So you're the next generation.
Man, what an insane growth. UHCG has gotten to a UA-camr with 600k+ subs!
This is actually sick, and has some cool life lessons, I might start my own spin on this with my friends, as it’s such a cool concept to use
I was so going to suggest that you should play someone else's world without knowing the details of the world.
And this video just shocked me.
I love this concept! Such a fun and original idea for content, and as a Lore junkie I am gonna go find the first episode of this and start watching it fron the start. Good luck on your adventure @Legundo
11:14 instructions unclear, blacked out and woke up in my underwear by the freeway
I remember seeing this series on someone elses channel and thinking it was a really cool concept! Very cool that you got the next run!
Thanks Zee!!! It’s a really fun world.
Another potential youtuber to be the next successful after legundo. I know legundo just took it but people always like seeing potential successors

How...
Many...
Months?
6 month, no need to thank me.
I love the idea of discovering the journal entries of bygone outlanders and reading a little into their story; it feels like Subnautica (with the PDA recordings remaining from the crew and the time capsules left behind by other players) and it's honestly a really wonderful feature that should find its way into everyday Minecraft.
I love this! I can't believe that this has been around for so long
As sorry as I was to see Neon's run end, since I found the project when his first episode showed up in my recommended list, I was bouncing in my seat when I saw this episode's notification show up right after. Mostly because I liked Legundo's videos already, but also partly because it meant I didn't have to go looking for the next generation.
thank god that this wasn’t a UA-camr I have watched, I can’t wait to see what you do with the world!
This is what I like to see from a world of this concept, I’m really happy with everything that all 4 of the generations that have come and passed have done, and I can’t wait to see what comes next!
Im fangirling hearing the little jingle from the TOTK Legend of Zelda! ❤
Nah I had to go back and watch This entire thing from the beginning. This is probably the most intense, entertaining, and honestly the most genius Minecraft idea I ever ever heard of. Feels like all might just passing his power to the next generation, go on legundo make this world proud!
Flaming Moai OG viewer here! Came from the beginning! Good luck!
Wow it's an amazing concept.
I've always looked at hardcore as someting wierd because you can't enjoy what you've made forever but passing it to someone else is awesome
I JUST FINISHED THE ULTIMATE SURVIVAL ADVENTURE WHEN THIS DROPPED XD
I didn't know this was a thing, but it seems so cool! I hope to see someone (if not you) do some builds in the nether. I feel like the nether is an often overlooked and undervalued building location!
I am very happy to see you in the world! Have a LOT of fun haha I can't wait to see what you'll do with it!
I was a little doubtful of the title of this video, but this was absolutely fantastic! I love the vibe of this series and will have to look back at the previous episodes from the other creators.
No shot
HOW DID NEON DIED????!??
Go watch his video!
@@Legundo the first historian is very brave
This was my *first* video of yours I’ve watched and including the series. I went and binged watched the entire series from everyone’s pov and now truly understanding all the lore and intention behind everything in this video, you were such a perfect choice for the next generation. So excited to see what you do ❤️
Legundo in a world full of lore & history to discover? This could get dangerous
I absolutely love this idea, I hope that one day I can add on to the beautiful history that is kept within this world! Good luck with your adventure!
Cool, you got the world next! I have some words of advice: Don't die :}
Cactus gonna laugh so hard when they see that bit about hugging a cactus lol
I love the heart and soul of this project. Thanks for sharing this with us.
Oooooo yay. I'm so happy for you.
This is such a fun way to do an empty world survival! Way cooler than other empty worlds 😂
SLIGHTLY less chaotic :P
Not even slightly... waaaay less! Pumped for episode 2! And loved the custom cherry bonsai!
This is my first ever vid from you and I love your presentation style
THE WHEEL TURNS AGAIN
It's projects like these that make me love minecraft. I hope one day I can create projects like this that inspire others the way this inspires me.
This world is so beautiful and the concept is so fun and unique, Im glad to see the torch is still burning over 2 years after it started.
For the maps you don't need an index of important locations that are inside the map, you can use renamed banners, place them, right click them with the map they are in, ant it will show up as a marker in the map.
An fantastic start I kinda hope to see more of your builds they look soo pretty
Wanted to wait for the 3rd episode, but i got drenched while walking home so eh why not, a new book opens.
Cant wait to see where thisll take us
This feels like multiplayer in a way, while no one else plays there was people before you, people other than you contributed, it's a fascinating and odd feeling of loneliness.
I kinda want to start searching for some downloadable worlds to play now
