All models shown in this video are created by ourselves, and these 3D Models are not available for download.
And Not only one software but many software need to be used together, to create such visuals.
For this:
1. 3D animation software:
(Maya, Max or any good 3d animation software that has the capability of 3D modeling, unwrapping, texturing, shading, lighting, rigging, dynamics, particles, and rendering etc.)
2. 3D sculpting software:
(Zbrush or Mudbox or any other good sculpting software, which features high quality sculpting)
3. image editing software:
(photoshop, or any high quality image editing software)
4. Video editing software:
(premiere or any good editing software)
5. Video composing software:
(After Effects, Nuke or any good video compositing and motion graphics software)
6. dynamics software:
(Real flow or any good 3d dynamic software)
7. Tracking and matchmoving software:
(Pftrack, Mocha, or any good motion tracking software)
8. sound editing software:
(audition or any good sound editing software)
9. rendering software / plug in:
(mental ray, Arnold, V-Ray or any good rendering software / plug in)
10. Screen recording software:
(Any good screen recording software) Etc. have to be used.
Perhaps even after knowing the names of all these softwares, it will not help you much, because all these softwares takes at least 3 years to learn and even more time to learn properly.
These all software has to be learned and used with artistic skills, and with scientific approach.
These softwares are used extensively in the film industry for visual effects, and in various fields like advertising, documentaries, product designing, medical and media etc.

हवा की गति में आए बदलाव के लिए, बहुत से कारण जिम्मेदार हो सकते हैं।
तापमान, भौगोलिक स्थिति, पहाड़, दूर तक खुली जमीन की उपलब्धता, पृथ्वी के घूमने का असर, आदि।
जब सूरज की गर्मी से धरातलीय हवा गर्म होती है, तो उसका भार कम हो जाता है और वह हल्की होकर ऊपर को उठती है। उस स्थान पर कम दबाव का क्षेत्र बन जाता है। उस धरातलीय हवा की जगह लेने के लिए, आसपास की दूसरी हवाएं उस स्थान की ओर बढ़ती है। यही हवा हमें महसूस होती है, और हम इसे ही हवा का चलना या बहना कहते हैं।
यदि तापमान ज्यादा गर्म हो तो आसपास की हवा, उस कम दबाव के क्षेत्र को भरने के लिए तेजी से आती हैं। तब यदि उन्हें खुला क्षेत्र मिलता है तो वह बिना रुकावट तेजी से आगे बढ़ती हैं। यदि खुला क्षेत्र ना हो तो उन हवाओं को बहुत सारी बिल्डिंग और ऊंचे नीचे क्षेत्रों से होते हुए, एवं मुड़ते हुए जाना पड़ता है। अतः उनकी गति धीमी हो जाती है।
बहुत से कारण और भौगोलिक परिस्थितियां तापमान और हवा की गति को नियंत्रित करती हैं।
उत्तर प्रदेश के बड़े भाग में गंगा एवं सहायक नदियों के मैदान का क्षेत्र है, अर्थात जमीन समतल है। और समतल जमीन तेजी से गर्म होती है। अतः कम दबाव का क्षेत्र भी अधिक बनता है। और सभी दिशाओं से हवाएं उस कम दबाव वाले क्षेत्र को भरने के लिए आती हैं। अतः गर्मियों में तेज आंधी आती है।
गुजरात समुद्र के पास स्थित है और अरावली पर्वत श्रंखला भी नजदीक है। गुजरात के तापमान और मौसम में ज्यादा उतार-चढ़ाव नहीं होता। दिन में भूमि के गर्म होने पर हवाएं समुद्र की ओर से आती हैं, और रात में जमीन ठंडी होने पर हवाएं समुद्र की ओर जाती है। तापमान में अधिक भिन्नता नहीं आती। अतः हवाएं भी तेज नहीं चलती, परंतु समुद्र के किनारे बसे क्षेत्रों में हवाएं तेज चलती हैं।

When the surface air is warmed by the heat of the sun, its weight decreases and it becomes lighter and rises upwards. A low pressure area is created at that location. In order to replace that surface air, other surrounding winds move towards that location. This is the wind that we feel, and we call it wind blowing or running.
If the temperature is too hot, the surrounding air will come rapidly to fill that low pressure area. Then if they get an open area, they move fast without interruption. If there is no open area, then those winds have to go through many buildings and high low areas, and turn. Hence their speed slows down.
Many causes and geographical conditions control temperature and wind speed.
In the greater part of Uttar Pradesh, there is a plain area of the Ganges and tributaries, that is, the land is flat. And the flat ground heats rapidly. Therefore, the area of low pressure is also formed. And winds from all directions come to fill that low pressure area. Therefore, there is a strong wind/storm in summer.
Gujarat is located near the sea and the Aravalli mountain range is also close by. Gujarat's temperature and weather do not fluctuate much. In the daytime, when the land is hot, the winds come from the sea, and at night the winds go towards the sea when the land is cold. The temperature does not vary much. Therefore, the winds do not move too fast, but in the areas along the sea, the winds are strong.

Desert condition: Due to the Thar Desert, hot winds blow which absorb moisture.
Effect of monsoon winds: Monsoon winds weaken by the time they reach Rajasthan, due to which there is less rainfall.
Tropical high pressure area: This area generates hot and dry winds, which reduces rainfall.
Geographical location: Rajasthan is located in the northwestern part of India, which falls in the rain shadow region.
In simple words:
The mountains in Rajasthan are small, the desert is large and the winds bring less moisture, so there is less rain there.
