- Ideal for handling a wide range of fragile packages, the APH-5360 (Formerly SPLX MKII) High-Level Palletizer utilizes economies of mechanics and motion to provide smooth case palletizing at up to 50 units per minute (depending on sizes, stacking pattern, and configuration).
Just eight feet high, the APH-5360 (Formerly SPLX MKII) palletizer is compact enough to fit in areas with tight clearances. Yet, it still delivers a full six-foot-high pallet load. It palletizes hard-to-handle packages ranging from kraft-wrapped bundles and bales to thin-walled containers in virtually any stacking pattern, and it easily adjusts for changes in pattern and product size. The APH-5360 (Formerly SPLX MKII) High-Level Palletizer’s key components are essentially maintenance-free and are easily accessible through removable guards and doors. All systems are designed for easy access and safe entry.

Great question! The Rake Arm of the APH-5360 moves due to a motor-driven chain with an encoder to ensure accurate positioning.

Great question! We use case stops to hold the cases in position. The slide plate always strip outward and pull the cases to the outside, explaining the gap .

Hola, tienen algún modelo donde se tengan estaciones para ir dejando cajas on hold, y cuando una capa se llene recién palletizar ese sku?, lo digo para fabricas donde en el fin de linea se tienen varias líneas de salida con multiples sku. gracias
