I have been to China so many times. You really appreciate the changes and progress of the country. If you have not been to the same cities for ten years, you will see there are big changes. I have friends that had come to visit China 20 years ago, they thought China is still the same as 20 years ago because they trust the media 100 %. I just told them to go back and visit these places again to see the reality.
China changes so fast that people don't have time to realize it's leaving us in the west out in the dust with our government's outdated cold war attitude.
Same with my gf. Went 7 years ago and thought it was still the same. Took her to Hainan and Xiamen for Easter and she was blown away! She is now organising for a summer trip to Shanghai with her parents.

I have not watched your videos for a long time but this one caught my attention - even though I have already watched a ton of Chongqing videos. This vlog has everything - the glowing, cyberpunk skyline, the 'ciy square' 20 stories off the ground, the traditional, old part of town 'with Tim Horton's(!), the skywalk, dinner with night view, and the spicy sundae to top it off! What a coo (or hot) idea - I think it could be Chongqing's signature. Anyway, more Chongqing videos, please! I think it's far more intriguing than China's more well-known destinations.

I don't know if it's the fact that it's so vertical (or vertigo, like when you walked on the roof of that skyscraper) or that it's relatively unknown, but it's piqued my interest! I notice the water of the river is now green colour which is nice. Last September, I went to the top floor but regretted hadn't gone one more level higher to the open rooftop walk. I would do that in the coming month.
