I love how everytime dob meets katie he does something to absolutely ruin her mentally 🤣 this whole engagement saga could be summed up as "dob mentally and emotionally tortures a woman for funsies"

I saw this one live and the vibes in the room were amazing. :D It was like Johnny said “Dearly Beloved” and we were like “Let’s see how this turns into a complete and utter train wreck” and just spent the whole two hours having the time of our lives XD
But yeah definitely my favourite Oxventure so far :)

On the podcast, Luke mentioned that Johnny had told him in advance that he would need to prepare a song, but not what the session would actually be about. Which I find only makes the inappropriateness of the song chosen all the more epic. Look at Johnny's face during the performance. That's not just acting. That's also them trying to figure out on the spot what would happen now.
Stage fright turned up to 11. 😳
I loved this adventure so much, it was a satisfying conclusion to the Katie Pearlhead arc.
I also appreciate the Chinny Reckon explanation, I didn't fully grasp what Johnny had said the first time.
I was completely unaware of that expression, and definitely appreciated the explanation.
It's a British slang term that's fairly old, so I had to double check!
I don't think it's the end, Katie's definately going to team up with Liliana.

I think it's probably not the end of Katie Pearlhead. After all, now she has a reason to be wearing that pearl all the time.

Not only that, but Corazón/Andy throws something at Eggbert/Mike’s head.
I love Johnny's reaction to "Boggle cloacas" as if they're not the person responsible for Dicebreaker's talk on weird D&D monsters at a convention turning into a discussion and debate about cloacas due ot their inclusion of the owlbear, because owlbears are egg laying and therefore have cloacas. Which they illustrated with pictures of chickens to explain what cloacas are.
Being haunted by cloacas is their own damn fault.

By far, one of my favorite adventures so far. Merilwen's puns and burns were on point here.
I have listened to Dob's song over and over again, it never gets old... and Ellen's face when it starts is amazing!
This episode killed me, and I bet this compilation and your commentary will be just as good.
On the bright side of this episode, at least Katie’s intentions no longer have any ambiguity.

I was at this show and it was the most incredible thing I've ever been apart of. Plus I brought someone who had no previous experience with oxventure and may have gotten them hooked

This adventure was brilliant but somehow maiming your fiancée at the altar and running away from her feels like the darkest incident in an Oxventure yet. Sorry, orphans.
