Indian song from the movie JAGRITI (1954 ) ,written by the great Indian poet Ramchandra Narayanji Dwivedi ( Aka kavi Pradeep, the same poet who wrote "Ae mere watan ke logon" ) in the era of black and white , sung by Rafi sahab when Pakistan was mere 7 years old. Pakistan not only copied this song but the entire movie JAGRITI and unofficially remade this movie named BEDARI (1956 ) and copied other songs from the movie as well with the likes of " Aao Bachho Tumhein Dikhayein Jhaki Hindustan Ki " and "De Di Humein Azaadi " and reframed it as " Aao Bachho Sair Karayein Tum Ko Pakistan Ki" and " Aey Qaid-e-Azam, tera ehsan hai ehsan " respectively.

And for more contexts, the both poems/songs you mentioned "Quaid e Azam tera ehsan" and "Ao bachon sair karain Tum ko Pakistan ki" were written by a famous Urdu poet "Hafeez Jalindhri" in 1948. Search about it if you want to! Also, with time, other poets modified it too.
