nice review. definitely touched on points not discussed by other reviewers. i own an X4 too but I usually use it for my motorcycle so i use a rabbit cage for it. sadly, a part (or a line) of my receiver can be seen in the video. looking forward for more informative videos from you.
Thanks a lot. It took years of being frustrated with reviews to get me to make this channel and I am glad you found it informative. That really sucks about the receiver being visible, it’s a big complaint I have with the X4 which I will definitely cover in my review of it.
Absolutely awesome. I look forward to downloading the 3d model for my 3d printer once the link is live (still within the 24 hours) .. I had ordered simple Velcro stickers to connect the receiver to my insta360 x4 , but what you made looks much better. As for me, I opted for the mic mini with the charging case, as i like having a spare mic and everything fits so snug. Great work on the video review!
Hi there, thanks for the comment and the reminder! Thingiverse was down last time I tried but it seems to be back up now. I published the model, but please bear in mind it's a work in progress, though I am using it :) I uploaded the STEP file instead of the STL so you should be able to edit it to your liking. If it has issues please let me know and I'll try and fix it. As far as charging case goes I totally get that, it's a great case. I may even end up buying it for myself at some point, I really like that you can buy the stuff separately.
@@AidanReviewsThings I just finished printing your design on my Bambu Labs A1 Mini on Pet-G (stronger than PLA) and it came out wonderfully. It took me a minute to figure out I need to remove the door on the receiver for it to slide on.

Appreciate the work that went into this vid. I just completed my tests. Also noticed the db levels in the x4 doesn’t change the result when just using a BT connection. And sound cancelling took out the sound of my bike almost completely,but I was still the same level
Hey thanks for stopping by and leaving this channel’s first comment. Making reviews really does take a long time, longer than I’d have thought. I like to have a little bit of bike noise myself so the noise cancelling being forced really sucks in my opinion. Maybe they found the BT connection audio was even worse without it. It also makes things sound a bit too robotic and I get random short cutouts which makes the BT connection pretty useless for me.
