-250g Cooked rice, using Basmati rice (non-sticky)
-2 Eggs, heated
-75g Onion leaves (shallots), sliced
-50g Carrot, grated
-2 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
-3 tbsp of corn kernel
-2 tbsp Soy sauce, less sodium
-1 tsp Sesame Oil
-Salt per taste
-Pepper
-1 tbsp Coconut Oil
