Correction of my previous comment: not the sheriff but the major was laughing when quizzed about Willy Taylor being told to leave the scene of the crime without interrogation
Willy Taylor was at the scene of the incidiary of the car! The police told him to leave? The Sheriff laughed at the question only said someone talked to Willy Taylor on the phone when he was in Texas? No interview of the man?
Starting at 56:45 someone please tell me what this odd and weird interaction is between the Sheriff in the orange tie and the prosecution questioning. The sheriff whispers to the prosecution while on the witness stand, you can hear what he says. It seems like some pre planned questioning was supposed to happen. The Sheriff becomes uncomfortable with two finger hand movements, that also covers his mouth with. When he leaves the witness stand he seems to sternly walk to the Prosecution lawyer and again communicate under breath. Ther are more hand signals as the Sheriff leaves between them. Then notice as the prosecution lawyer looks dazed and separate from the other lawyers as he leaves the bench meeting early. Really odd interaction to me. Ideas?
I watched it again and I think he was trying to signal the prosecution to ask about jurisdiction because it happened after he said no further questions. Then he signaled him to go up to the bench with the rest. I think there was something important that he was trying to prompt the prosecution to bring up.
@@227fenwaybeauty isn't it odd. The witness shouldn't be promoting, quing, signalling or leading the prosecution lawyer. Maybe there was some planned questioning that didn't happen.
That "luggage" under his eyes, is from hard work and many sleepless nights. He's one of many that protect us from the evil in this world. Be thankful for that luggage. Many people could not do what this man does. Judge not, the person that will do anything to keep you safe, so you can sleep.
That poor Mother God Bless her heart.
I love this judge!
the sheriff being questioned looks uncomfortable

The bald cop Thompson that took jury to the scene can't stop playing with his balls while testifying 😂

You're correct, he said "jurisdiction" ... I'm not sure what that was about but it was odd to say the least.

Most trials I have seen the prosecutor and Law Enforcement work together and so does a Pathologist!

@@SkateGirlAndrea, I agree.. you (and I, and everyone else who viewed the video) seen it..
At 52:18 the judge does some weird hand movements also. After he blows his nose and before the defense brings up other interviews.
Yeah he sure did idk what it was
Didn't he sneeze and then reach for a tissue?
@58:36 Anyone else catch that?
he said "jurisdiction."
