That's the typical substandard and poor customer service that's obtainable here all across Nigeria as well. It's unfortunate that this is the type of unprofessional, substandard and poor customer service that's obtainable in a brother nation as well

I felt really sorry that you had go through that. When you challenge their actions, they'll simply tell you it's the Nigerian, Ghanian or African way. Developed nations all started this way but eventually improved their ways. When are we going to start doing things the way things should be do?
