Ronnie, I don’t know if you’ll see this or not, but you are a big inspiration for me! I remember seeing you on the cover of Muscle & Fitness magazine back in like 2005, and it had you sitting there with your hand on your chest and it said “I am the worlds biggest man”. I was awestruck seeing that cover page. Seeing a guy that huge made me want to get into the gym immediately. I just wanted to say this, because it’s a core memory for me that had a major influence on my teenage years. I wish you the very best in health and in your life. Thank you for being such an inspiration!

You can tell he gives the benefit of the doubt and praises strength instead of focusing on drama… do I agree with liver king’s approach? No… but that doesn’t mean we have to attack people or be negative. Ronnie wants to lift people up… not bring people down… we need more people like Ronnie Coleman!

Also in case anyone was wondering you don’t want to eat too much liver. It’s has lots of fat soluble vitamins, but eating it once a week is great for hitting micronutrient targets
I would at least cook it… no chance I’d eat it raw.. not worth any risk

Preformed vitamin A (retinol) in high doses is prescribed for acne. Megadoses have been used in clinical trials to kill cancer. I have anecdotally never experienced vitamin A toxicity and I've eaten the 500% RAE for several months in a row. I noticed it helps prevent with sun burns from high UVA/B fluency when getting sun in morning, noon, and evening times. I feel like before modern society we were outdoors a lot more and vitamin A (a very powerful antioxidant and basis for the production and maintenance of many cells) was consumed in higher levels to improve resiliency. Of course, the inactive form Beta Carotene does convert to retinol in the liver at a very inefficient rate. I mean, try it for yourself if you want to be sure. I personally do not see high vitamin A being an issue for someone who is active and healthy. But again, everyone is different and balance usually matters more than anything.
@@JH-vb1wo cooking the meats is what makes the nutrients 100% viable. It is proven science. These raw meat guys take advice from a steroid king and not hundreds of years of scientific proof.

I always knew who you were, but I was pretty young when you were at the peak of your career and didn't know more than the fact you are a Goliath body builder who won pretty much everything that could be won 3 to 4 times each but I didn't know how insanely humble and nice this guy is.
