it does not take this long, 9k hour is legit a whole year straight, he only got stage 6 two months ago. And stage 6 probably takes like 100-200 hours to get. So somehow he managed to get 1 year of hours done in 2 months. With the passes you can finish lifting sim in less than 1k hours (still good video congrats on stage 25)
