Thanks for the review. In general, it looked a lot better than what you seemed to say it tasted like. I really think they are over priced for the quality of food you get. With the exception of the roast duck and Lobster dish, you didn't seem to get your monies worth. But to be a little fair, the buffet looks beautiful.

I am glad you went and ate there. $98.88 is not too expensive at all for all that good food considering it is not even worth one hand of BlackJack or that hundred dollar bill inserted into your favorite slot machine. At least you are getting much higher quality food than some of the other crappy places. So to me, this is very much worth the $98.88. Enjoy and GUNG HAY FOT CHOY!

Thank you Danny for this beautifully produced and presented video. That's a superlative buffet in a sublime atmosphere. Back in the early 2000's we used to go 4 times a year to the Palm Court Sunday Brunch Buffet at the Plaza Hotel on Central Park South & Fifth Avenue. It was a truly special event. By that time the buffet was $85 and well worth it, if just for the experience and atmosphere.
Everybody was well-dressed. Live Steinway Grand piano in the background and unparalleled service. Lobster Tail, colossal shrimp, prime rib, Nova lox, and so much more. It was a 2½ respite from everyday life.
This isn't about, "I can get the same items for less if I bring a lot of friends to another restaurant and we can share." This is a dining experience. Thank you for bringing us with you on this uniqie dining sojourn.

Your first plate is exactly what I would have gotten first too. You need to load that bun up with more pieces of duck so the flavour of duck is dominant. It all looks delicious and in a beautiful and elegant setting. I would splurge on that while on vacation. That's what vacations are all about.

Thanks for the taste test Danny. While I apprecaited your vid of just "showcasing" the food, the fact that you actually paid to experience the buffet is even more appreciated. You spend a LOT of money to experience the fiood scene in LV and people should really appreciate it...rather than bully-ing you into paying a benjamin for that meal. If you have a way for us to contribute to your expensive meals, let us know. Sounds like the best part of this buffet was the lobster and Peking duck...and those two alone are probably worth the price of admission. 🤣Anyways, thanks again for always keeping us entertained. From one working class Asian to another...we appreciate you Bruh!

I have been to just about every high end buffet in the entire country. This was the very WORST quality food and service. Bellagio should be embarrassed. However, I hear their rooms are outdated and their main buffet stopped serving crab legs so I guess the entire place is going downhill. Oh well, I am just helping everyone to save their money or better yet go to Bacchanal or Wynn. they both are still excellent.

So I probably will never try the Ceaser's or Wynn's that need a reservation to stand inline to eventually be seated at the table I reserved four months ago. I like to eat when I'm hungry, not when I'm told to be hungry.

  • @Singuy888

Yeah the reason why the duck sandwich makes peking duck subpar is because this is HK style. No one in Beijing uses that thick ass bun. The authentic way of eating it is to use steamed viet spring roll wrappings which is the actual secret ingredient and will change everything. The duck looks great, but it was ruined by that thick bun every Chinese restaurant uses.

Really doesn’t make sense. Just bring 2-3 friends to a Chinese restaurant and order Lobster and whatever else. Probably pay less than half that.
