i can agree, i love some cops who talking shit on night time got some laughs here and then, but really tho its just hurts my soul seeing other comments label "cringe" and then comparing to other NFS entries like Rivals. The Run. MW2005 and on and on. this is just unfair judgement
I'd say it was maybe a bit to crazy, not hard or easy mind you just crazy, unite unforcunately upped them way too much, I'd say the perfect balance would be heat 1 would have the crown vics only which meant maybe 200km/h, heat 2 would introduce the cruisers with maybe about 240km/h, heat 3 would have the dodge demons with maybe like 280km/h, heat 4 would introduce the helicopter at like 300+km/h and finally heat 5 would have the corvette zr1's at 400km/h which would be the intensity the unite cops had, this way there would be some balancing, numbers of cops was okay no problem, also the unbound system where they patrol everywhere in the city was also okay just not make every cop go 400km/h and easily catching up would really fix the issue.
Ah i miss the launch cops. Damn shame i play on xbox and cant get this mod to remember how much i hated them (i own the game on pc too but my configs are not the best sadly)
yeah, this is why I said it's kinda stupid to have small level cops so OP, what about complete begginers then? I understand removing the jump fail they were but that kinda made cops OP and really frustrating for begginers especially since you don't know what to do to escape other then speed, it's not nice
@soadsajjadi The difficulty that is in the settings does not affect police in any way. It was stated since the game launched, which everyone was asking about. Devs confirmed it does not affect police. The cops were very much like this except for the spike strips and blocks (it is extremely rare to have one spawn properly in the road you are in now). It was insane indeed, but they did not deserve to be nerfed so much, especially the helicopter.
@soadsajjadi No. The difficulty level literally doesn't do anything to cops. It is not the same as it is in unbound where it does for a fact change the AI significantly. In heat you can play on easy, it doesn't change their code at all.
basically ever since 2015 cop chatter/speakers, really took a nosedive in terms of believable chatters I gotta give Heat some props for having some balls to get swear words into the actual chatter
Daytime are like classic nfs cops. Night cops are corrupted cops. Therefore less professional and more of a natural conversation you would expect from people.
I loved the Heat cops because the chatter and the way they behaved made it seem like they genuinely wanted to kill you. Fit well with the story.

I hate the fact that they really kill me as a player, I hate this scripted cops and that they disturbing ONLY ME (there is also 7 racers, hello!!!!!)

I have hundreds of hours in this game and I've never experienced being killswitched. Was the killswitch nerfed?
