So fun fact, the blue on the "ACOG" might actually be painter's tape. There is a little "fiber" of some sort that takes in light to illuminate the reticule, giving it a red look on that "delta" in the sight. Some people dont like how bright it gets in say a desert or just out in the day, so they place tape over it "dim" the red color some. I did the same with medical tape often for my ACOG, but anything can really be used. I think that might be what the developers are showing there, but I may be wrong in that.

When visibility is bad ACOG is making live easy even when diming light with your hand as you need(doesn't work mostly bc you don't think about doing it ikik).
