Naruto basically is more powerful. This whole fight Naruto was holding back while fighting sasuke who had killer intent. Even in the last Clash sauske had the advantage as he was moving downwards which would give him more Force as Naruto had to jump up to meet Sasuke with his. Rasengan
Naruto clearly won. He only used a half of Kurama to fight Sasuke. Imagine with both halfs.

Naruto won the fight as he couldve killed sasuke if he wanted he wasnt really trying to kill Sasuke but who knows

Before they fought sage of the six paths told Kurama that he doesn’t have to go back into naruto because naruto still has his chakra in him. That’s why he still has that kurama avatar

Let me explain why Naruto is stronger. He had half of Kurama when they were fighting because Sauske had captured the other half. When Sauske had chakra from all tailed beasts and attacked Naruto with the strongest jutsu in his arsenal AKA Indra's arrow Naruto countered it by gathering just freaking nature energy. Now Naruto has full Kurama and other tailed beasts chakra. Also, don't forget Naruto was drained of chakra as Kurama said in the series and the reason is he was fighting in the war from the beginning, he fought Obito, Madara, Nagato, the third Raikage etc even before Sasuke joined them. Ashura and his incarnations are always stronger than Indra's incarnations, ex: Hashirama beats Madara a billion times with wood style.
