    Many of the people of the island of Tongareva (island in the cooks) were promised good jobs and pay in Peru but we're tricked and treated as slaves to work the plantation in Peru. Many never saw their homes again. If you see native Peruvians today in the areas my ancestors wor I see my ancestors.
