मुख्यमंत्री ने बचत, बढत, राहत वाले बजट में आमजन आमजन को राहत देने के उद्देश्य से बहुत से योजनाओं की घोषणा की है जिनका सीधा लाभ प्रदेश की जनता को मिलेगा, लेकिन जागरूकता के अभाव में इन योजनाओं का लाभ पात्र व्यक्ति तक पहुंच ही नहीं पाता। इसके लिए मुख्यमंत्री ने महंगाई राहत कैम्पों की घोषणा कर दस बडी योजनाओं का लाभ पात्र व्यक्तियों तक पहुंचाने का संकल्प लिया है। इन शिविरों का मुख्य उद्देश्य है

मुख्यमंत्री ने महंगाई से त्रस्त प्रदेश की आम जनता को राहत पहुंचाने के लिए ही बजट में बहुत से प्रावधान किए हैं। कई ऐसी योजनाएं हैं जिनकी राशि बढाई गई है तो कुछ नई योजनाएं शुरू की गई हैं। इनका लाभ आमजन तक पहुंचाने के लिए 11 हजार 283 ग्राम पंचायतों और 750 शहरी वार्डाें में ये कैम्प लगाए जा रहे हैं। जिनमें पात्र व्यक्ति अपना रजिस्ट्रेशन करवा कर लाभ प्राप्त कर सकेगा।
इन प्रमुख योजनाओं में पहली गैस सिलेंडर योजना है, जिसमें भरा हुआ रसोई गैस का सिलेंडर 500 रूपए में मिलने लगेगा। मुख्यमंत्री निःशुल्क बिजली योजना, इसमें घरेलू उपभोक्ताओं को 100 यूनिट बिजली प्रतिमाह निःशुल्क दी जाएगी। इसी तरह मुख्यमंत्री निःशुल्क बिजली योजना प्रदेश के काश्तकारों के लिए वरदान साबित होगी। कृषि उपभोक्ताओं को 2000 यूनिट बिजली प्रतिमाह निःशुल्क दी जाएगी, इसके लिए बिजली के बिल में अंकित कनेक्शन नंबर कैम्प में दर्ज करवाने पर इसका लाभ मिलना प्रारंभ हो जाएगा।

The first of these major schemes is the gas cylinder scheme, in which a filled LPG cylinder will be available for Rs.500. Chief Minister Free Electricity Scheme, in this, 100 units of electricity per month will be given free of cost to domestic consumers. Similarly, the Chief Minister's Free Electricity Scheme will prove to be a boon for the farmers of the state. Agricultural consumers will be given 2000 units of electricity per month free of cost, for this the benefit will start getting registered in the camp on the connection number mentioned in the electricity bill.
