How spirited and lively old University Challenge was, from the audience, the theme tune, the contestants and Paxman (although of course understandable given his condition)-nonetheless to return to such a quick-paced spirit would be phenomenal
@Stressball13 Hi, sorry to bother you but I need your help, I'm on the lookout for a clip of BBC Two Closing down and pages from Ceefax from Monday 1st January 2001 into the early hours of Tuesday 2nd January 2001, Benriggers used to have it but unfortunately it's gone, I don't suppose you have it do you? or any other clips of Ceefax from 2000 and 2001, don't worry if you don't I'm only asking.
I would say noticeably easier now than twenty years earlier. In the early ones I could get about 5% right here about 30% The answer that the Second Reich was founded in 1948 is so strangely ignorant as to possibly qualify for the Darwin Awards. Perhaps she was just suffering from nerves.

Paxton? The great American folkie … where was he, then?
Paxman really had a sense of urgency at the end when it wasn't even close. He didn't do that so much in later years

If I had anything like that I would’ve definitely have put it on so the answer is no at the moment.
