Chitimukulu Kanyanta-manga II: Beginning of enthronement process (10 August 2013)

The enthronement process for the Chitimukulu-designate begins with camping behind Kanyanta Memorial School. Temporary shelters (insakwe) are used. The enthronement rites take many months. Once all the rites are successful, the Chitimukulu-designate crosses the Kalungu River for the final rite at Mwenda-ng'ombe: Ukuciluka. After this rite, he is Mwinelubemba.
