      @@karmieh Quick question: how long do you hit the resin patches for the holes with the UV light?

    • @karmieh
      @karmieh  Місяць тому +1

      @@BluelineDesignStudio Not more than a minute, but usually I will fill the holes before I cute the figures, so after the holes are filled and I hit the with the lamp it sits in the booth for 3 minutes. Sometimes I forget or I miss a whole or I find and error in the piece while sanding I'll fill that and then try to hit with the lamp a bit longer. hope this helps.

      @@Seraphickid Thank you so much for the kind words. I am trying to post as many videos as these as I can. It's just that they take time to record and edit, not to mention the actual work of designing, sculpting, sanding, airbrushing and hand-painting these pieces! But comments like yours give me the boost I need, so I thank you very much for leaving an encouraging comment!

    I would buy a course if you have recorded one :). I have been making 3D models for 3D printing for a long time and been feeling really perfect when I see 3d printed versions of models that my clients send to me. After 5 years I am finally going to buy my own printer and start doing toys. If you have a full coruse (manufacturing part, where you prepare the printed model, which paint you use, how to save resin using mold and which material to use and .etc), I would buy it

    Are you producing, filming, and editing by yourself? If that's the case, that's great. It's hard for me to do it alone. The work is also attractive. I respect.

    • @karmieh
      @karmieh  Рік тому +4

      Yes, I am. Sometimes I am lucky to have some friends over to watch the focus for me or do a camera movement. As for the toys I design, sculpt, 3d print, sand, airbrush, hand paint and finally photoshoot, It takes longer to do the production when you have to worry about the right angle, light, camera focus, the amount of footage that unusable is insane :D Thank you so much for the kind words. The fact that you know how much work goes into this makes me happy. Thank you so very much for taking the time to comment!
