I like this episode because for once Toby does pretty well with Michael. Guy deserves the occasional win
Thing I love about Toby in this episode is that he is not incompetent like many of the other characters, he just mostly defeated and given up. Yet for what ever reason he has never really given up being nice to Michael or genuine try to have amicable relationship despite all the means things over the years. There is a scenario out there were they could have been friends or at least on good terms.
It is of course a gross conflict of interest to do deeply personal therapy with a guy who you work with every day, you are the direct HR representative for, and who has expressed undying hatred towards you.
Pam is a G for that one.
pam calling gabe’s bluff and securing the bag makes me so happy
She basically found a way to be a secretary with a salary and a budget. Props to Pam for the hustle.
Also Gabe is a limp noodle who’s dating Erin. That makes it easier to swallow.
This was one of Pam's greatest moments for me. I respect the h3ll out of it.
Probably the most interesting and funny thing she's done since season 4 haha. That's not a knock, I loved it! Unlike Jimmy I *loved* the moment she realized SHE had all the power over Gabe, the slimy little weasel :P
110% here for Pam creating this opportunity for herself and getting that money from Sabre. Plus, it seems she might do a decent job at this!
Watching these reactions makes me realize I have completely forgotten the later seasons of this show. It's like I'm watching them for the first time again lol
Pam hit a lick! For some reason there's a decent number of fans that had a problem with it.
Because a lot of people are just looking for any reason to hate on Pam. It doesn't really matter what she does.

I love the irony that people wanna dog Pam for doing this, but LOVE Creed and Ryan when they literally do nothing for the office and just coast by everyday.
No, the "A.L.F." thing wasnt supposed to be perverted....that puppeteer didnt ever let people see him, he didnt do interviews, ever, & never let people see the bottom half of the puppet (where he was controlling it....i think even on the set of that show it was all very secretive, becuase he didnt want to ruin the illusion that ALF was real....kind of extreme & weird but i believe thats what micheal was talking about.

You should watch “Dan in Real Life” from 2007 starring Steve Carrell. It’s a soft and subtle “depression” comedy. Ive been watching you for like 7 years and I think you would like jt. It’s really authentic and character driven. Funny but in a FML awkward kind of way.

Phylis judging people? She’s way worse than Michael. She could have told Andy he was being cheated on and didn’t out of vengeance towards Angela. Angela is also worse than Michael, as is Ryan and at least one other.
Re: the company vs Andy: There was a software patch incoming to fix the issue. Barely any of the printers were being used for the sort of loads that caused the fires. As we learned in this episode, the salespeople have a very low base salary, relying on commission for the bulk of their paychecks.
Because of the publicity surrounding Andy’s leak, a lot more clients dropped Sabre than would have actually been at risk of fire before the patch was shadow-dropped in some “required software update.” Andy’s decision saved no lives and directly translated into leaner pay for his coworkers.
I don’t think the company was right for hiding the problem, they should have included an “overheats during large loads” warning, they are absolutely guilty, but Andy’s coworkers are still justified for being upset with him for the way he handled this.

LOL that's just the bs cooperate told "this recent software update will stop our printers from catching on fire" 😭😭 what a load of bs. How exactly do you even know that's true?? Remember when Andy brought it up they were very sketch and gave him a 5 dollar gift card 😭😭 they clearly weren't doing sh*t about it
