1. 60 sec - Hold
2. 30 sec - Circles forward

day 1: ✅ it hurt a lot more than i expected and i needed to take some breaks. very strong burn🔥🔥
day 2: ✅ omg it burned just as bad as yesterday. ngl this workout really humbled me i thought it would be easy 😅 i had to take lots of breaks
day 3: ❌ i didn’t do this but i did walk 2+ miles with my friend today :)

Today is July 18, 2022, and i think i started this in April. omg i reached my goal! with that, after 100 days of this workout, i will be stopping. i might decide to pick this up again, but for now, i am switching to ab workouts. i 100% recommend this workout because it was quick and pretty easy, and i got amazing results. my arms look super toned and more muscular and even slimmed down. thanks for liking this comment too! 💓💓💓

make sure you sink your shoulders when doing them i think that helps
you're doing it wrong. You have to relax your shoulders.
Yes it’s difficult and you have to remind yourself constantly to relax the shoulders, but once they’re relaxed you’ll feel the burn in your biceps.

if you want to see if this works, it 100% does. Ive done this for a week and a half and now never put my arms down, and the burn is getting less and less every time, my muscle is def building up.

Day 1 : done ! Felt that burn.I didn't find it hard but It was effective
Day 2 : done ! If was more harder than yesterday. So intense
Day 3 : done . It was burning over my shoulders and my arms .

results?
I do targeted exercises only every 2-3 days. Your muscles need time to build. Tomorrow, I will target my abs. Next day, lower body, building upper hamstrings and thighs. The back to an arm workout again. I also do a 15 min stretch, then a 15 minute strength and balance one before doing a target video. A 20 min to an hour walk also does wonders.

Finally, after 4 days of doing this I was able to keep my arms up the whole time! I freaking love this and I can see 10% definition in my shoulders already

This is the first time I tried this exercise and my arms are on fire! For the past 2 weeks I did other 5 min arms WO but none of them was killing me like this! I will definitely continue this workout for other two weeks starting from today!

WORKOUT LOG 💪
BACKGROUND: I've tried several 5-minute arm workouts and always come back to this one to the point that I'm ready to get consistent with it. It's short, engaging, and effective. Also love the multiple visual countdown indicators and Caro's instruction.
Day 1 😀: Feeling the burn in my upper biceps and the urge to drop my arms during the workout. What helped: listening to my own playlist and mentally cataloguing how I plan to tidy different parts of my room while doing the repetitions.
Day 2 🙂: Began feeling arm fatigue around the backward arm circles and found briefly bending forward slightly at the waist helped me keep going. Started doing calf raises while doing flight attendants, like a body resistance, low-impact jumping jack. Got in a good burn in the upper biceps toward the end.
Day 3 🥵: Today's workout felt harder, maybe due to the heatwave and baggier tee I was wearing which felt like there was something in the way as I was doing the arm movements. Started doing a small clap when doing the plates in and out.
Day 4 😀: Made it through the entire workout with my arms up and parallel to the ground! Had Coldplay's Viva La Vida concert live from Buenos Aires on a loop which added to the momentum. Got to 7/8 moves in no time. The burn extended higher toward my shoulder today, in a good way.
Day 5 🙂: Held up the entire time! Was more relaxed this time and having the window open after the fresh rainfall helped. During the flight attendant arms, I imagined I was on the tarmac, guiding a plane that was getting ready for take off. Felt more present and light during the movements.
Day 6 😌: Finished strong and feeling energized. Made it through 1.5 songs. Watched Caro’s elbows to stay in sync with the movements and felt a sense of levity and graceful precision throughout.
Day 7 🙂: Almost didn't make time for this today, but managed to get this right before getting ready for bed. These 5 minutes are starting to get easier that I went for 10 minutes. My mind is starting to wander and solve some problems I've been mulling over. It also helps to imagine you're doing the moves at the front of the class with others following along, as an accountability measure.
Day 8 🙂: Snuck in 5 minutes before a meeting to get this workout in. It feels more like a warm-up or stretch as my arms get used to the sensations.
Day 9 🥵: Took a two-day pause during and after a trip and boy, interrupting the chain of consistency, no matter how brief makes a difference. It's almost like I'm starting back at the beginning. My arms felt like lead into the arm circles, my mind was distracted, and my form didn't feel tiptop, but made it through nonetheless. It's not even 10 am and it's already sweltering outside.
Day 10 😳: This was a lot harder listening to an educational workshop replay. I put my arms down a few times from boredom and the slight burn. Upbeat music has definitely what has been getting me through these sessions.
GUYS KEEP AT THIS!!! my first try I put my arms down loads, and that was only a couple of days ago, today i got half way through excercise 7 without putting my arms down! amazing progress!!!
EDIT: two days later, I did the whole thing! I'm usually very weak so I'm very happy right now!

Whoever is doing this workout, here is my tip: do a warm up first. I did a dance warm up that contains a lot of shoulder movements and my shoulders became less stiff. It really helped me tremendously.

My weak spot has always been my arms (like I'm so incredibly weak there I don't even know a person who is weaker on their arms) and this is the only arm workout I can do. Yesterday (1st time) I had to put my arms down a lot of times but this time I could do it entirely without putting them down ! And I'm starting to see a little bit of definition there ! I'm so happy and amazed about this

I have been doing this workout about six months because it really defined my shoulders. I add vacuum twists to define abs at the same time. My favorite UA-cam exercise! ❤️
I have been doing this for almost a month every day and this WORKS ! I took a picture with my arms flexed and they definitely have more definition to them, especially the shoulder area

Haven't worked my arms out in a while, sooo let's start
Day 1: Took some breaks between each exercise, I could REALLY feel the burn in my arms. After finishing the workout I feel my arms are a bit stronger which is crazy considering this video is only 5 minutes long

I am most conscious about my arms cz I have big arms as compared to my body. I first did this workout and stopped even before I was halfway through the workout cz my arms were killing me already. In the past week I started doing push-ups and planks and today when I did this workout it just seemed more bearable. Continuing this everyday. God bless and God bless my arms. Thank u so much

Day 3: hurt like hell. Still. Slight results already.
Day 4: started to notice some definition!! Definitely still burns but I’m getting stronger
Day 5: didn’t hurt so bad! Obv still burns but I feel myself being stronger. Results r coming in too
Day 6: results r becoming clearer!!
Day 7: done! Will def continue. Results r much clearer than day 1!

Day 1:✅️ It was easy at the beginning but then my arms hurted soo bad -!!!
Day 2:✅️ I had to make soo many pauses after doing the first three exercises without a break~
Day 3:✅️ I did four exercises without taking any breaks!!! Did the others with a little pause between every exercise. Arms are BURNING!!!
Day 4:✅️ DID THE WHOLE WORKOUT WITHOUT A BREAK!! My arms are burning but it feels great!!~

Great addition to my weekly workouts! My usual work out schedule is:
- 2 leg exercises
- 3 torso/waist/ab workouts
- 3 arm workouts
I do these targeted workouts on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I run 2 miles on the treadmill and do a full body workout.
Keep in mind that I also eat healthy!
This is AMAZING! I think I've been doing them wrong because my shoulders feel more burn than my arms
Edit- I saw my arms being toned and batwings disappearing. Took me only 2 weeks. I did it twice a day

i am going to do this twice a day for two weeks now. One time in the morning, one time in the evening :) I also will be going for a 15 minutes run everyday. After two weeks I‘ll have a look at whether or not i wanna add more workouts to it :) I‘ll be updating daily :D
Day one: I didnt go running as I only set the goal in the evening today, Its already dark outside. I did the Arm-workout twice, my shoulders are burning. I did it. I didnt even put my arms down for like a second during the workouts yeyyyy :DD Im proud of myself ans now my shoulders are in pain but the pain feels good, it shows me that I have accomplished something today :D
Day two: I did it. I feel like the arm exercises where harder today xD. Also went for a 20 minute walk with a 10 minute run right after :D i feel great!
Day 3: I did the run today, with a 20 min walk before it to warm up. I almost forgot the arm workout so I did it at 2am... my sleep schedule is fucked up, I know... I only did the workout once today, as I, all of the sudden, felt a weird, extreme strong pain in my inner elbow. Where the muscle is. It felt like my muscle ripped idk. Definetly weird, never felt that before. I will try doing at least one arm workout a day tho, if possible :) I still feel great but also tired bye

@@harleensingh1222 my arms felt stronger and I think they are a bit more toned :D and the workout really doesn't take much time and effort. So yeah, it was definetly worth it and I will continue this workout ^^

day 1: ouch. them shoulders though! having to put my arms down around twice each workout
day 2: forgot to edit, oh my GOD this is p a i n f u l l... lots more rests between each exercise
day 3: I was really surprised how suddenly it became so much easier! I only put my arms down around 4 times!
I have tried this workout before and it worked so I’m gonna try it again. To keep myself motivated I’ll update here.

the first few times i did this workout a couple years ago i dropped my arms after almost every exercise, but now i can do it twice in a row without dropping my arms. dont get me wrong it still burns, but i love the feeling. my arms have changed noticeably so to everyone doing this workout, have fun!

Guys I’ve been doing this for one week and I promise it get easier and easier!!!! At the first time I wasn’t able to keep my arms up and was putting them down for every and each exercices but now I can do the whole exercise without putting my arms down, I don’t feel a lot of burns anymore and I can slowly see the results! I really recommend it !

update: i’ve been doing this workout for two weeks (5 days a week) and wow it works!!!! my biggest insecurity was not being able to wear tank tops for summer bc of how much i don’t like my arms. i’m so toned already and it looks like i’ve lost about an inch :)

When I first started taking working out seriously in 2020 I incorporated this workout in my everyday routine. My very first time I dropped my arms around 7x. I’m getting back into working out seriously again. Yesterday was my first day again doing this video (incorporating it my everyday again) I only dropped them 2x! And today I didn’t drop them at all!! I love that I have this video for reference to see my growth. I’m hoping to get to the point I can do this video 2X everyday without dropping

OMG! I did this workout yesterday and couldn't even finish it, but I did it today and could be until the end without resting! wow, 1 day results! I'll keep doing it but with 1 day intervals, try using it as upper body or arm day warm up but don recommend to do it every day to let your muscles rest, grow and get better results! (I only rested during night and still had results but if I would have rested a whole day, maybe could have gotten better results)

I did this every week since 19 days and at the beginning my left arm (the thinnest part) was 24cm and on the right 25cm and yesterday it was left 25,5cm and on the right side it was 27cm so keep going after a week I took weights that are 1,5kg in every hand🥰 so keep working on yourself!!

I absolutely love this work out! It is my go to when I only have a few minutes. I can do it in the bathroom before a shower, the laundry room, or while I am waiting on food to cook...Hey, a mom has to make do with the time and spaces she has sometimes! 😉 Thank you so much for this! Did it once and went to wash my hair after it, easy. Now I just did it again (same day just a few hours later) and we’ll see what we get from it tomorrow. Definitely felt something but I feel like it could be harder for me. Still think it’s a great workout, you can make it multiple times if it gets too easy or just make the time for each exercise longer.
I love how you can really do this everywhere and it’s perfect if you don’t have lots of time on your hand
Wow I love this. It burnnnnns 🔥 I did struggle to keep my arms up multiple times but I either shook them, did a different move or powered through. Only my second time doing it but it'll be interesting to see my strength and resilience grow.

No way! As a 13 year old girl, I finally was able to do this without letting my arms fall, I‘m so proud of myself :) If you’re older or younger than me and still couldn’t do it, it‘s okay! I did this workout for like 1 month I think, not every day of a month but different days every month and this is my FIRST time that I did this workout without letting my arms fall. The first time I did this workout, I was letting my arms fall after each exercise, but now I did it without letting my arms fall! This is a reminder that you‘ll be able to do this too! Maybe not in a day, a week or a month but you WILL be able to do this if you just continue. It doesn’t matter how old you are, this workout is hard for EVERYONE and it‘s completely okay if you can‘t do this workout without letting your arms fall atleast once, in the future times you‘ll be also able to do this, trust me. Also, this workout is very effective so I really recommend it! :) Here’s a little secret: This workout WILL make your neck hurt BUT if you search for a workout channel named "Gloria Song", you can find a "reduce DOUBLE chin" workout. In the video you‘re training and stretching your neck, if you also do that workout for some days, this workout will stop hurting your neck. Trust me, it‘ll make a huge difference when your neck stops hurting. Anyway, tysm for this workout and I wish y‘all good luck to do this workout. Don‘t forget: No pain, no gain! I‘m proud of your progress and you should be too. :)

I actually managed to do the whole thing without dropping my arms on the first try! It was murder though...
2 months later: Easier to do now so I decided to start using 1 pound dumbbells. It's the nature of the exercise but it's amazing how just adding an extra pound makes it all so much more difficult.
Been doing this workout once a day for a week and a half and my arms are already slimmer ! 100% recommend
