    Hello and welcome to Saabkyle04! UA-cam's largest collection of automotive variety! In today's video, we get an up close and personal, in depth look at the all new 2015 Audi S3.
    MSRP pricing for the S3, before options, begins at:
    Premium Plus: $41,100
    Prestige: $47,000
    Price as shown here, with options: $49,495
    **A big thanks to AutoNation for helping make this video possible! As a courtesy to them, I would like to make mention that Audi Plano (www.audiplano.com) is in the middle of a substantial expansion to the current facility. Audi Plano has expanded the administrative areas, added 12 new service bays for a total of 26 and their massive glass showroom will be the largest of its kind in all of the United States! I was able to also film a 2015 S8 while I was there, to be featured soon!**
    During this presentation, we will take a 1st person look at what the vehicle is all about beginning with the start up, performance data, fuel economy, the occasional track data, and build quality. Also, I will teach you how to use most of the interior and exterior features. Throughout the video, I will highlight key styling and unique differences about the vehicle, any available options, and of course it would not be an enthusiast car video without the good ole engine portion with rev and exhaust note with interior and exterior perspectives. A thorough tour/review of this car designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle.
    FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE CHANNEL SEE BELOW: In this channel you will find in depth educational videos of automobiles from all over the world, presented in a more detailed fashion than ever before. Basically, this gives the viewer the chance to view the most detailed 1st person look you can get without going to an actual dealer yourself! Every video is consistent in the way I present so viewers know what to expect in my presentations. I treat every vehicle with the same respect whether a 1960 Chevrolet Impala SS or the 2012 Lamborghini Aventador. I film all types of vehicles from past, present, and future while broadening the knowledge of the automotive enthusiast. You will see everything from vintage, brand new, exotic, mainstream, old, etc. I am very proud of this channel and have built it up from amateur videos years ago to what you see today. I wanted to share my love for the automotive world with the rest of the world. Be sure to explore the massive video variety, have fun and enjoy The Driver's Seat of UA-cam!

    Now this is what a review should be like - thorough, great camera work, a lot of detail without getting stuck on the minutiae - wonderful job! As someone who's waiting (im)patiently for a factory order S3 Prestige, this video helped make the wait more tolerable!

      @@swiftripper7557 it's based off the A3, which is the cheapest Audi you can get in the US. So of course it's not going to look as premium as an A4/S4 and especially an the A6, S6, A7,,S7 etc.

    I've always driven manual sports cars and sports sedans. This is the first ...non manual and if it's what I have to master to have this car..so be it. I had my last car for 11 years and waited for something like this to come along. It's an amazing car and really an amazing value for what you get. It's probably one of the least expensive cars that gets heads turning and people walking around your car in wonder. :-)

    The a3 and a4 interior is practically the same size in rear. A4 is like 35.4 rear legroom where the a3 is 35.1. Should change on the upcoming a4 but the a4 just has more trunk space and more room in the engine bay

    In terms of interior design, there is an interior trim package that really ups the sporting factor. It makes the interior look a bit more like a farer and an economy Audi. It's what the car should have been introduced with. As I'm an interior designer, the car is amazing with this tweak.

    Seriously thinking of trading my is350 in for this car. Used to have an A4 3.2c which was a great car. The only issue is see is the trunk is too small for my golf clubs unless I put the seats down, then they aren't hidden. Audis drive really well, not as stiff as bmw and not as lose as Mercedes. The S3 is really quick and so much more fun to drive than my IS.

    Costs over 41-50 grand. Can't get a 6-speed manual in the US. That sucks bad. I would seriously consider this car if it were around 35-36 grand and came with a stick.

    • @NikoBell12
      @NikoBell12 10 років тому +10

      35-40 is WRX territory smart one. This thing is better.

    • @hartsickdisciple
      @hartsickdisciple 10 років тому +1

      NikoBell12 No, 25 to 30 grand is WRX territory. This car doesn't come with a manual transmission in the US. It's automatically out of consideration for quite a few people because of that.

    • @NikoBell12
      @NikoBell12 10 років тому +2

      hartsickdisciple Blame VW, they're always excluding a bunch of fun options/cars. But even though this thing doesn't come with a manual, or the beloved hatchback, for the US, it's still a great car. BTW the WRX STi is around $35 grand. This thing being that cheap would probably ruin WRX sales.

    • @hartsickdisciple

    An excellently done video as always, ***** ! I'm really glad to see Audi finally made the A3 in a sedan because I felt like the A3 severely limited it's market by being hatch-style only. My positives for it are the luxury, the looks, and the interior. The only downsides I see/hear is the exhaust note doesn't sound all that good in my opinion, and Audi has withheld the manual option from us American buyers. Again, a job well done on the review Kyle.

      R Rob I had lots of problems with my audi, everything from Windows constantly getting stuck, taillights going out when ever they want to, saggy headliner, tpms randomly failing...too many problems to list. if u want a reliable luxury car get a lexus.

      Ok fair enough. Are alot of people you know getting issues with their audis? Oddly enough, I was looking at lexus initially but then I started looking at audis. What do you drive currently?

    So for cd users, you need a passenger to put in cd music in the glove box. How inconvenient for both the driver and passenger. Otherwise, driver has to reach or stretch themselves to load CDs in glove box. Talk about one step better than the 1990s cars that had cd changers in the trunk bc audi couldn't figure a cd storage in traditional center. Also, how do you know when the car is warmed up since there's no temp gauge rather a boost gauge?

    Can you make a review of the BMW i8? Would love to know how a 3 cylinder engine can produce 357 hp.

    Good review. But you are talking too much at the middle of videos. And you doesn't got Audi videos. You should review LCI A4, LCI A5, and LC A8.Totally you are the best in this job.
