To melt flake you need to add a tablespoon of heated water or milk at a time till it is soft. Ann Reardon found out two years ago that flake is made of seized chocolate.
Only the crumbliest flakiest chocolate Tastes like chocolate never tasted before Only the crumbliest flakiest chocolate Misses your mouth and goes all over the floor
When I was a kid I really annoyed my science teacher with this. Being the little smart @ss I was when he said about body heat melting chocolate I said except flake and kept it under my armpit for ten minutes. He eventually got it to smoulder using a bunson burner and set the fire alarm off but he was extremely baffled and annoyed 🤣
@@AmberKacherian I was hoping for it to taste like a Cadbury egg or a hersheys bar but all I tasted was cocoa powder or like the baking chocolates that weren’t supposed to be eaten by themselves
Maybe it's the palette that you are used to. It is not as sweet as most American candy. I love flake as it tastes to me so creamy and smooth when it melts in the mouth.

OMG I LOVE YOUR LEGO COLLECTION!!!!!!!
I've never had a Flake bar before. How did it taste? Also, more of these longform videos, please! This was a delight to watch!
It’s like dairymilk chocolate just thinner and flakey but it’s used a lot in icecreams
Flake is like a dry, semi-sweet chocolate. Almost like eating cocoa powder! 😂
@@AmberKacherian oh wow. Really? I've had chocolate like that, but I can't remember the name of it.
I remember Ann Reardon found this out
