When we collected the models as a kid every eyes got wide open and today I get goosebumbs seeing some of my cars again. Thank you again for your work!
Hard, arduous work but the effect is excellent. Congratulation from Vietnam 🥰😘👍
Thank you very much! 🥰
10/10 on the work 6.5/10 on color choices.
How did you generate the spider webs?Looks like you emptied your vacuum cleaner in it.But the restt of the resto was good. What washes do you use ?
A fan and hot glue gun. 2 ways to work it to make a web or a cobweb.
Definitely vacuum contents
You beat me to that question/observation. Definitely a Hoover.
The Jaguar XJ 220 is certainly a beautiful (apart from the lateral air intakes perhaps) high-performance sportscar, but my all-time favorite is the Jaguar E-type. A modernized reissue of this model would most likely find a lot of enthusiasts...
the eagle speedster perhaps?
Well done with restoring the Jaguar xj220 looks just like it came off the showroom floor in 1992
Always enjoy watching you restore various things regardless of what others say about seeming staged. Its irrelevant imo because the joy and satisfaction comes from watching the details in the methodology going in to it. Great hobbiest channel ❤
So much detail in the models
,😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Could you do legitimately aged models rather than staged ones, would be cool to see. Thanks
Nobody gives 2 f-s if it staged or not. He took a boring old model and made a entertaining video for you and restored the model to better than new. If you don't like it then why the fk are you here
Kevin roodt I was just about to say that not a proper restoration when you know exactly what's wrong with it.🤣🤣🤣🤣
Seeing as theres no signs of fake rust or brushed on mud, the car looks like it’s genuinely just old and oxidized, not staged
I was kind of thinking the same thing. All the models seem to have aged the same way…or is there a model car graveyard that has an endless supply of beat up model cars? If it is all ‘staged’ then I guess this guy is as talented at destroying model cars as he is at resorting them 🤷♂️
Most model cars just get left on shelves or in boxes so there's no real aging - you just need to dust them and maybe polish out the scratches. But yes, if there were old and damaged through real use that would be cool!
Perfect restoration, engine, interior, just superb. Your work is so relaxing.
Thank you!
Fake resto going on.
You're awfully quick to cry "Fraud!" Yet, you neither construct nor substantiate a valid case!!
@@catbadman2511at least he had the talent to restore it so beautifully just appreciate someone's work rather than putting fingers on them 🙄🙄
Love the "loving hands!" This guy has. He's like a surgeon to these projects!
Gorgeous color for the car.
What a pretty colour, I love it. An excellent super car that very nearly wasn’t. So glad Jaguar decided to cut down on the engine rather then scrap it all together. And it still does 200 mph.
Absolutely crap around corners, though, which is weird for a British supercar. They usually always make a spectacular chassis.
This car holds sentimental value to me and the fact it looks just like the one that means everything to me makes me happy
I have "re-done" a few beaten up toy cars. However, I never had the arsenal of tools, spray equipment, drills, nor paints to get the model to the level you achieve. Despite limited tools, one or two of my efforts still came out pretty darn good!
That was a most enjoyable restoration I have seen in a long time lovely job 😊
very nice 👍👍
I've had corgi cars in damp garage storage for years that don't look this bad, kudos on the work to destroy them as well as rebuild them
If you're not going to prove it, don't say it! Just enjoy the video!

Incredible restoration; truly amazing. Fantastic work as usual. There was so much damage that I wasn't sure you could restore it completely, and yet seeing is believing. Thanks for another great video.
Thank you!
It is very impressive that you do your work with such care. Good luck.😊😊
Dude, this is awesomely amazing and beautiful
My favourite ever car. Absolutely stunning especially compared to today's cars. It reminds me of the Alien's head from the Alien movies.
I was lucky enough to catch a few pictures of one at Laguna Seca in '93 I think. It was on display during an antique/classic car race.
Im no fan of this particular car, but you did an absolutely fantastic job
INCREÍBLE RESULTADO ESTE GRAN PERSONAJE SI ES MUY BUENO FELICIDADES
I really admire your work, and I leave an important question for myself: How are broken or non-existent plastic parts restored/reproduced? Do you manufacture them? Thanks for the feedback!!
Like the windshield...
@@leosatrianylll some restorers buying 2 same models, destroying one on purpose for the restoration video and keeping the other one for parts,and..voila

Well, Sir!
Great work brother. I have a question, where do you find the cars?😁
Great vdieo keep it up 👌
Thank you ☺
Beautiful!
This is a timeless car, I would going to see, very nice
Most important stages are omitted. Smart.
i found difference between Restoring & Painting, nice work
Shrink me down and put me in the driver seat!😁😁😁❤❤❤ I like the colors and looks like you got some new colors too. Love the flocking.
Oh,it's beautiful!!
Obvious it’s made to be dusty there’s never that much hair, but good paint and body work
I use to make models an I love how you do each part it would be very time consuming but very rewarding
Love your attention to detail. Beautiful work!
I do this as fun after work and on the weekends when I have time. May I ask what you use to make the carpet. I love the videos and keep up all the great work
Jaguar xj220 turquoise
Fantastic job!
But I would swear you don't find these models in conditions like this and that it is part of the whole 'restoration' proces by damaging and extremely weather these models for the sake of the video. At the start all of the models look mostly the same, like they've been on the bottom of a lake for years 🙂
Perfect restoration, I give you my warmest congratulations but, sorry if I allow myself, the grilles of the air intakes on the sides are black
......Sorry, another small detail that probably escapes you: in the inner lining of the driver's door, where the hinge is located, there is a sort of small trapezoid. I think I also saw it in your model. In that place, in the real car, there are 4 small round gauges with pointers, if I'm not mistaken two indicate the pressure of the turbochargers. In any case you are great!
@@Lorenzo9214 you're right!
Ok where is he getting all these wrecked toy cars .. is he purposely destroying them ,to fix them up?
How is he faking de 20 years old spider nets?
Time travel. It was made in an alternate universe that suffered a nuclear holocaust, so it could be ancient. What is also interesting is that many of these restoration videos by this and other channels are of very modern super cars that did not exist 30 years ago so why are they ‘abandoned’ and so corroded as if they were buried 100 years ago? Hence the alternate universe explanation.
Talent, skills, knowledge 😲👍
Schitterend uitgevoerd! Vooral het interieur is fantastisch. Het geheel is zondermeer excellent!!
Amazing Restoration 👍🏻👍🏽👍
Watched the whole restoration process with soundtrack from _Jaguar XJ220_ game for Amiga in the background.
*The music fits surprisingly well.*
How do these models get in this state in the ferst place
So satisfying to watch, thanks!
That's amazing 👏
Wowww so beautiful 😍💖
Nice work .
I Love this car ❤
Love the color
Your work is impeccable! Amazing
Thank you very much I appreciate it!
It’s a Virtue, brilliant work
Thank you!
Having seen a number of your restorations I must say, Great work. You are an artist. But the thing is, being a collector of Di-cast models, I have to ask. Who throws these models out so they end up in this state in the first place. Do these people not realise what they have or are they given to children who play with them, break them and then discard them. It really breaks my heart that some people don't understand these difference between a collector model and a toy.
It's staged to look discarded.
@@ShannonSouthAfrica it does rather seem that way, for this one restorer to have such a consistent supply of trashed models. :(
@@RayBellis yeah it doesn't add up...
I've actually done the real version of this car. The owner sold it a few years back and it ended up with Doug Demuro doing a driving review on it.... I'm watching it and realized it was the car we did!! The real ones are a lot harder to restore and way more expensive! There is only ONE source for parts and you have to order them form England. The engine management system is archaic.
Awesome comment,it's so cool to know about how is the actual living with those supercars everyone dreams about,it's a shock of reality.
Did all that in almost 14 minutes great job 👏 👍👍
Thank you!
I have a great day of action 1s
Did a good job
You forgot to fit the extra diles in the driver's door . They were like an extension of the instrument panel.otherwise nice job 😊

This reminded me my old toys, nicely done!
Xox is shareware the best thing to do with it in my opin ion polls have a great deal more about how we see ourselves and a few days before
Hi
Where do they get all these supercar toys that look like they were in an old, tornado-thrashed barn for 40 years?
Most UA-camrs that do these kind of restorations make the cars look this way on their own. They disassemble the car and make it dirty on their own. If u noticed , despite all the superficial damage, none of the parts was broken. Idk about this guy and what he does BUT I do know that whether staged or not , it’s the process that matters and this guy does an amazing job !
This is so much better ❤️❤️

Your very underrated
