Hey hey! Nice video, however I would suggest including information such prices, how many tickets I have to buy, what is the best option for the tickets, only one way, a 24h tickets, and so on. Other than that, great video, keep it up! Regards,
this video really made my day and helped me - thank you! :) do you think, its possible to take next train with same tickets (if I stuck a little bit more on airport as I intended), or I have to buy another ticket fo rlater train if I miss the one before ? or it is possible to use train a few minutes later than I have on my ticket? Thank you for your help :)
Wow Glad i clicked on this. We will be coming through Luton to Gatwick in 3 weeks. Google maps has us going on a bus then on the train from Luton Airport. Do we have to get tickets for the train or does my contactless CC work? Staying at the Hilton in Gatwick Airport then taking the Thameslink back into london for dinner. Gonna have fish n chips at the Fish in Borough Market.
I would suggest NOT using Google maps for planning travel and its better to go on specific rail sites like Trainline. IIRC the shuttle bus service between Luton airport and Luton parkway railway station was discontinued over a year ago though I believe there are local bus services AND there are coaches which go from Luton Airport to London Victoria
I have never been on ThamesLink (but do not live in London or an area serviced by ThamesLink - looking on the map it seems a bit confused, I certainly it’s useful if you live on its route
@@rikufryderyk Yes and in fact I was about to post a similar comment. EMR's trains operate to LTN Parkway from where you take DART. Check Trainline and you will see that the overall journey takes 10 mins less when EMR is taken.
Nice video! Could you share links where to buy tickets for DART and Thameslink? Is it possible to purchase tickets on site (at the vending machines or box office)? Thanks in Advance! :)
@@KGM338 Dude come on, this kid is a literal train enthusiast who lives on zone 4 of the tube and goes into London regularly to ride trains and film videos and yet has never been on thameslink!? I don't think you can really excuse that lol.
@@KGM338 Okay, but you don't know this person very well do you. Weekends for them is a good time to go out and record at this time, it's not always staying home.

Thank you for doing this helpful video! You got amazing youtuber skills btw!! Keep Going Riku!
thanks for the video - I think youre the first vlogger to comment on the design/architecture of the DART terminii

Can I just use a contactless method from the airport (getting on DART), then getting on the rail then the tube which caps at 13,90 quid?
I think that could be possible... but I'm not very knowledgeable about the DART
I think the DART is a weird separate transport entity with nothing really applying to it and suspect a cap would NOT apply

Is it possible to carry trolley bags ( Small and Large ) in DART and ThamesLink trains?
Nice vid, but did you know that EMR Luton AirPort Express (one stop to St Pancras) is the same price, and sometimes cheaper if you book in advance
Thanks for the info!

@@alexmcwhirter6611yes, and booking in advance can get you a ticket from just £6 including the dart
Do I need to prior advance book luton express tickets or I can just reach there and buy. If yes buy from where. Is oyester works on it. Pls guide
Oyster doesn't work there, but you can use a contactless card on the ticket barriers (no need to book in advance, I believe)
