Thanks for the feedback! It’s been a minute since I sent these, so I have a Raiden on the top shelf balancing things out. I also moved the art on the left side. I’m off to 3d print some small raisers today for the megs shelf. I’m excited to have a menasor problem once all those bots come in.
I have the same "garage" shelves with the holes, i added white panels to the back, white covers for the shelves and lighting but haven't figured out yet how or what to use to cover those holes. There are tutorials on youtube about how to create awesome looking display cabinets with storage shelving units.
Man for what it’s worth I think Jordan’s is great. Clean, well assembled (with the exception of that one pic with the loose fabric backdrop. I see the point about the frame on the glass interrupting the visuals a bit, but y’all trashed that guy and he took so much of your aesthetic advice into consideration. I support you Jordan. Well done!
First time I've seen you guys completely miss the point on furniture. The first guy's enclosed shelves are antique barrister cases, that are by no means cheap and do have aesthetic value on their own. It's not about dust, at all... It's repurposed vintage and well done at that. I mean I guess we could all use all Billy's all the time, but sometimes shaking things up a little isn't terrible either. I dig it Jordan!
Watched this, and headed to Patreon to listen to everyone give Bobby shit about loving Flight of Dragons (my own assumption due to Jisk’s random…and then the photo used IYKYK)!
I don’t think the first guy is so much worried about dust as he is about his kid (infant in bookcase picture) getting into or fucking with the figures. The front panels all look like they’ve got locks or a place for a key towards the bottom of each one. Idk tho…
