Quite common for Olympia lifters, where medals are awarded according to the weight category, so it's important to build max strength with minimum body weight

All these people are never challenged in serious street fight (probably because of how they look), so they are blind about him. Even from a video, I clearly recognize his physique, strong posture, and how he transfers his weight while walking. It is so obvious that this man is extremely strong. He could not fool me

Как бы всё верно, но бодибилдинге строение тела изначально не силовой вид спорта а люди хотят выглядеть красиво, а сухожилия и определённые части мышц для разных видов спорта это совсем другое, не нужно сравнивать бодибилдинг например становую тягу или армрестлинг, естественно каждый мастер своего дела сделает это намного лучше
В том-то и дело что, в спортзале каждый занимается для себя, кто хочет быть более надутым кому это не нужно а просто натренировать определённые части мышц или сухожилия, один сделай что-то лучше другого а другой лучше первого, каждый тренируется для того для чего ему это нужно, например армрестлер меньше Анатолия сломает возможно руку на раз-два, армрестлер не сможет поднять штангу например такого веса, и так далее
